He seems like a nice person. He does this work in-between his regular customers. He had the most competitive price.

I had ongoing computer problems since I downloaded Windows Service Pack 2. Slow starts and freezing. Struggled for years with it. Probably viruses too, although I had Norton. Computer space kept filling up, although I uninstalled programs and erased pictures and data. Finally got the blue screen of death. Took it to another computer company. They got me out of the blue screen of death, but did nothing to solve the underlying problems. I could tell right away there were still problems. TrongAn did computer work for a friend who has a very small company. He created her website and fixed her computers after crashes, all for an extremely reasonable price. So when I got the black screen of death, I called TrongAn. I took the computer to his house, and he had it back in a week (he happened to be going out of town when my computer crashed). All is going well. His price was great for all the work he did. He recommended a new computer, because it was faster, but understood my financial situation and just replaced the hard drive (which was 6 years old). Friendly, expert, easy to get along with. Most importantly, he goes the distance to fix the underlying problem!
