To say that I am a happy customer is an understatement. First of all, Connor, the technician was professional and friendly. I asked questions and he answered every one. He went above and beyond what I expected. The recliner looks brand new. The carpet in the living room, dining area, hallway and master bedroom look fantastic. The difference is like night and day, and the house has a clean smell, which is a huge improvement. The super plus part is that everything will be dry in 2 hours or less. The homeowner(who is in the hospital) will be very surprised to see how good the house looks. I am so so so happy that I found Oxi Fresh when I did an internet search. Very professional, polite and friendly. Conner kept in touch with me via text to confirm our appointment and let me know his arrival time and when he'd left his prior appointment to come to our home. He did a great job on the carpets in a timely fashion. I could not be happier . The carpets look and feel marvelous.

Technicians - Austin and Joe- took their time to do a great job. Very polite and cooperative ,with special attention to stains and traffic areas. Got carpets clean in traffic areas where past steam cleaning and chemical cleaning had failed on many occasions. Highly recommend this firm and the Oxi Fresh process. Will happily rehire them in the future.

After it was all said and done it looks like there is some film substance on the tile. A bit discouraged for the money was spent and the things I still have to now deal with including possibly a broken doorstop in one room which was brand new. Need to address this with OxiFresh to take care of some things. Hopeful they will handle it professionally. Cheers.
