I have about ten oak trees in the backyard. I wanted to clear the cage of the pool area and clear the rest of the backyard. No trees were going to be cut down, just branches. I had a couple of companies come a give me estimates. Although Omega were at a higher price ($100) i went with them because of their years of experience and fairly good reviews. I felt kind of unsure of what exactly was going to be done for the price. The man that provided the estimate said that I could just tell the guys to cut anything and they would. They did not give me a exact time that they would be at the home. They just indicated that I would be the first house. Two men showed up I took them to the backyard and explained what I wanted. They started working. Obviously, they know what they are doing. While one climbed the other one helped from below. About half way in the job, the one man asked me which tree was going to come down. I said that was not accurate, because no tree was going to be cut (I wondered if the charged me for tree cutting as opposed to trimming). I looked at the backyard, and even though it looked much better, I still felt that there were branches that should have been cut. I asked the man to cut an additional branch and he hesitated, but finally went up and cut it. They cleaned the area and left since they had another job to do. The next day, I found on the grass three large branched that they cut but failed to pick up, cut and take with them. What would have made my experience better: a specific estimate as to what exactly they would cut for the price, a set time to come in, that the workers would have asked (since it was not specific) if there were any other branches that needed to be cut and that they take all of the trash.

Everything went exactly as I wanted it. I was very pleased with their work.

They did a very good job and cleaned up well afterward. We had several estimates and found them to be very reasonably priced. Justin and the crew were courteous and hard working.

They came very promptly after I called. I have used them in the past for yard service and other things. They have always been fine and I have had no problems with them.

Never got off the ground. I called and scheduled an appointment for 1 pm, drove home from work to meet the rep and he never showed. Stood up..Never received a phone call or an door tag either.

Poor.

I called Omega Tree and Nursery in the morning, they came out in the afternoon of the same day. They cut down the whole tree for $500 and cleaned up after themselves.

They did an excellent job!

A+ Quality crew with top rate equipment. Professional and prompt. Estimate was half the amount of another tree company.
