+ 0 moreAfter making full payment, We tried calling them so many times to show us how the pool equipments function but nobody returns a call. Worst service ever. They cheated us giving us 4/5 year old pool filter and older equipments. We are going to file complaint against them.

+ -1 moreIn the beginning fine. But then suddenly did not come on assigned day during second month and stated he would come next tuesday and never showed then did not answer calls,emails,texts. Also would find his test strips on the ground in my yard after he left. UPDATE after vendor response: I am not sure what the person is talking about. I do not have dog's. If that was the case from them don't you think they would return calls or emails. I think their response is shady. I guess you get what you pay for. I have been very happy with my current pool service. I am happy to pay for reliable service.

Weekly / Biweekly Swimming Pool Cleaning, Brush Tile Line, Skim Water Surface, Clean Skimmer & Pump Baskets, Test Chemical Balance, Add Chemicals, Inspect pump and equipment and Vacuum pool at every visit (this is completed in a unique way by using a state of the art vacuum system which means we do not connect to your pump and take water out of your pool. Our system is completely free of any hoses. We also do repairs and new pool construction.
