Lance did a great job doing our new home inspection. He is knowledgeable about home inspection process and he provided constructive feedback as well as a report to help us make better decisions on what to let the builder fix. All in all, it was a great experience.

Lance Was great, I highly recommend him. He was able to do my inspection within 2 day of contact. He Really knows what to look for and spend a lot of time inspecting everything on the home I am purchasing. In fact, he probably saved me 20k in roofing costs. Lance documented existing water damage that the Owner & listing agent did not know of, or were trying to hide. I would definitely use hime again.

Lance Brewer handled the home inspection for me and did a fantastic job. He gave me thorough, concise answers to my questions and was totally professional and good natured in his demeanor, despite the heat in the unairconditioned home. The report Lance prepared was EXCELLENT and was far more detailed than expected. I am very pleased with Lance's work and report...and that satisfaction also applies to Legendary Home Inspections. I highly recommend both to anyone in need of a home inspection. P.S. On a more personal note, Lance was very kind to assist me (and my rickety knees) in getting down some rickety steps. Also, as I had to leave before the inspection was over, Lance locked up the home and also closed the gate to the property, which must have been a royal pain because it, too, is rickety AND heavy.
