KEEP'S CARPET ONE FLOOR & HOME

Carpet installers worked efficiently and with my wishes. They finished the job in a shorter time than I expected allowing me to put all my "stuff" back the same day. They were due at 9am and were there by 9:15 which is quite acceptable in my estimation. One worker was a smoker and went outside without ever asking if inside would be ok. IT WOULDN"T be. Very polite. One thing I did miss, in previous carpet installs from the company I was asked it I wanted the left over scraps of carpet for runners etc. This time I was not. Cost was for two bedrooms and three closets. Another company I received an estimate from was $200 more and wanted extra for the third closet. Not extras here and they are willing to move the heaviest of items. They do need to improve their communication with the customer. Carpet was to arrive in 2 weeks after ordering and did not arrive until just short of a month with no call to explain why the delay.

Deborah came to the house to give an estimate on blinds. Deborah completed the measurements in a timely manner. I tried my best to express my interest in not spending too much on blinds. I'm partly to blame since I didn't research the cost of blinds. I repeatedly asked Deborah to give me an idea on certain items, andcosts of individual rooms. I was never able to get an answer for my many inquiries. I soon became skeptical, but continued to proceed. When the final estimate was given there was a price of appr. $7,000. Upon further investigation I found out a room I was turning into an office/gym withn three windows and a french door came to roughly $1500 dollars. I initially thought the final estimate, nafter deletions and changes of $4,800 was acceptable. I gave her a deposit to complete the transaction. Immediately after she left I got on the internet to find the cost of what my interests were. I was not able to find any combination to even come close to half of what I was quoted. In less than 2 hours I made contact with Deborah to cancel the order. The next day i was informed of a $60 dollar charge for the cancellation that was never mentioned at any point. One week later I still haven't received a return call from the owner nor has anyone shown any interest as to why I cancelled the order. This would lead me to believe that they already knew what they tried to do. I eagerly await any attempt to dispute my accusations.

We decided to install large area rugs which all needed to be bound. We spent alot of time at the store deciding which type of carpeting as well as the right colors to choose and the owners, Leslie and Scott, were very nice to work with. Leslie also had to spend alot of time here at our house where she did most of the binding of the carpets and she was always enjoyable to have here. The two installers were excellent and always made sure to clean up after each day's work.

My wife and I first visited the store. We were greeted very nicely. We told them we were looking to replace all the carpeting in the 3 bedroom home. We wanted window dressings for all our windows. They handled all our services we were requesting. Great job to all of the store staff Scott, Debbie, Steve and all the installation crews They have been around in town for a very long time. go see them for all your carpet, window dressings, and more the slogan on the the front of the store gives me chuckle every time I drive by It says "WE FIX $97.00 INSTALLS"

They were great! They are the only company that we'll ever call to do work for flooring! We have one more bedroom that we'll have them come out to carpet.
