Janneth answered the phone & I aked her if she did the cleaning herself. She said that she doesn't. I asked if her employees are independant contractors, or employees. She refused to tell me & said that this is private information.She said that she is not the company for me & hung up the phone. If someone is coming into my home, I want to know who is accountable. I also like to know if they are operating legally as I prefer to hire companies that are.
Description of Work: I need a cleaner, so I called her to get information about her services.

Sorry, we misunderstood your inquiry. You never mentioned needing service. You called asking questions about our company without asking for service or prices, etc. Every single day we are bombarded with sales and advertising calls asking for personal information in the same manner that your call was received. You were not hung up on. We said goodbye and thanked you for your call. Unfortunately, you became hostile and posted a negative review on a company that you did not do business with.... As Angie's list clearly states "More weight is given to a review where work has been completed" We have thousands of satisfied customers who can testify to the quality of our work . Your "review", [member name removed], [member information removed] is a complete fabrication.
