Stephen was able to detect the problem quickly which was a tree root that compromised the flow of the system. He also knew he needed more equipment then he had at the time and returned early the next day to tackle the issue. His quote to do the job remained the same even though he probably got into more repair then originally thought. Very professional and capable to tackle tough issues such as ours. Would highly refer and hire again if needed.

I dodged a bullet by this guys very poor communication skills. Was supposed to show up for an estimate and 1.5 hours later he calls and says he can be there in 30. I text him to reschedule, no reply for days, then he calls me to see if he can come by. I tell him I don't think I want to do business with him, he says "Perfect". THEN he finally responds to my days earlier text to reschedule and says "Too Busy" LOL what a loser!
