Very well. He was on time and did the agreed upon work properly. He isn't a bargain, but he isn't unreasonable either.

They have installed TVs in my home and at my business. They also suggested recommendations that I surely appreciate!! They offer a turnkey service and you couldn't ask for better pricing on top of the excellent response and service from this company.

This project required "several" detailed and involved tasks and went as well as anyone could have hoped or expected; it was a virtually flawless process! Erick and his assistant spent whatever time was necessary to accomplish a given task, and there were many! They made sure EVERYTHING was working properly, efficiently and met ALL of my needs and wants! Erick is extremely knowledgeable, flexible, professional, personable and patient; he discussed any and all issues and various resolutions, sometimes more than once, just to make sure I understood what was going on and how it could be resolved. He did not leave until I was "completely" satisfied and understood everything I needed to know! Erick also did not hesitate to offer additional follow-up assistance should I need it. I called a few different providers seeking support on options for surround sound installation. Erick was responsive and patient with me over the phone discussing and reviewing different options. I was undergoing a renovation and wanted the wires from the TV location ran to a hall closet (to avoid having the boxes in my living room). Erick was challenged with drilling through concrete walls & crawling into tight spaces in my attic. I also decided to purchase the Control4 system, which I had never heard of, but is awesome! I only have 1 remote, the system can be controlled by an app, & there are streaming music options that don't require you to sync up with any other components or tie up your phone. Since I was undergoing a renovation, the job required multiple trips for Erick. He always called ahead and upheld his commitments. Based on the level of professionalism, quality of work, & communication, it would be unfair for me to give this provider anything less than an A.

When asked about additional equipment, he was honest and advised not to add anything as I have downsized and have minimal space. There was no hard sell in any way. Erick and his wife did fantastic job installing our home theater system with a projector and a screen. They both are very nice and knowledgeable people. We are really happy with their work. They were meticulous in their work.

As with all the work Erick has done in our house in the past, the job was perfect. He made time to do the work immediately when I called to report the problem. He arrived precisely on time, and quietly and calmly checked each piece of the puzzle. He found out what was wrong quickly, asked me for all the relevant information he needed, and explained to me everything that he found, fixed and resolved. He was also kind enough not to laugh at me when he explained that one of the many problems was that I had installed the batteries backwards in one of the remotes. His work, this time and always in the past, has been accurate and he always goes right to the heart of the matter to find the correct solution. I have noticed that he never stops working until he has defined and solved the problem. He sets his standards very high, and it is his personality that dictates that he doesn't leave a problem until it has been resolved. Erick is a joy to have working in your home - he is pleasant, personable, intelligent, experienced and knowledgeable in his field, and he has a pleasant sense of humor. He is very trustworthy and you can feel confident in his ability to solve all of the technical problems in your home. I recommend his work very highly to everyone!

They were able to arrive on a Saturday. They showed up on time. They were professional and pleasant. They were very easy to work with. They got the job done well. I would recommend them and will use them in the future.

The company showed up on time and at a time that was reasonable for business. They had to install wiring throughout the business to accommodate the span of the cameras. They knew what they were doing and were very thorough and clean. There was no mess when they left and everything has been running smoothly for a few years now. I call them to do maintenance on the cameras, such as cleaning the lenses. They also installed a 60" TV on a wall and you would never know all the work they did to have it installed. It is seamless.

The project was completed in just a couple of days and it was alot of work done. Home Theater Connection showed up promptly at the time they said they would be there and took the time to keep me updated on their progress throughout the project. I had a total of 24 ethernet drops done and had a wonderful rack enclosure installed to keep everything looking professional. I couldnt be happier with the job they did.
