Eric did a great job with the whole install. He arrived on time & made quick work of removing my old tv and mount from the wall. From there, he moved to the new mount and assembled everything quickly. Along the way he explained how the tv would connect to mount and then hang on the wall. In addition, he was measured everything on the wall to make sure I knew where the tv was going to be and how it would look on the wall before the actual install. Everything went very smoothly and he took extra time to hide all the cables to make for a seamless look. After everything was installed, he went through the menus and showed me how to adjust settings and locate all the new features of the tv. Finally, he cleaned everything and put everything back to exactly where it was previously. He did a great job and was very informative and friendly with the whole process. Best thing, the install was very affordable and I will be sure to use him in the future for any other audio/visual projects.

Extremely satisfied, will not think about calling anyone else going forward, happy to find them and very pleased with the quality of the service and what I paid.

Home Theater Connection installation went very well. Erick supplied all the tools and was prepared for any situation. He worked extra hours and explained in detail what he was doing. He did work that would normally take two or three people to do. Excellent service.

As it has been on previous system installed last year this latest event was punctual as scheduled and workmanship was of excellent results. The overall sales and service experience from previous events and this latest one have met and exceeded my expectations. It was painless, and Erick did a superb job. He was very clean (cleaned up after himself like he was never there). After the install was completed he showed my wife and I how to use the system and after a few minutes you could tell he loved installing and teaching people about the system. I'd do it all over again (and will in our next house).

Erick is always prompt and courteous on this visit as well as well as all the others (at least 10) when he has worked at my home. He works neatly and efficiently. This particular task was probably the least complex compared to other services he has provided in the past, to include adding devices, and a Control 4 system so that I could operated all of the devices using my computers, remote and mobile devices. Most of the devices were audio/visual in nature but I can also operate my 4 A/C units, piano, and even my coffee maker by just a touchscreen on my phone, whether I'm at home or not! He is always available, usually in minutes, responds to my email inquiries in a very knowledgeable and professional manner. His quotes are always consistent with what he ultimately charges. I found him to be fair, provides options for various levels of addressing requests. Erick never exerts any sales pressure when I choose to not purchase an option. As stated, he is very courteous and professional.

Erick is great! He is knowledgeable and fair priced. The huge plus is his level of service. He is always there for me when I need something. Erick installed a huge Control4 home automation system in my new home. He did a great job. I would highly recommend him.

Eric and his staff provided an estimate for a complete home theatre set-up that was based on our wants and needs. Eric gave options on equipment and installations that could both lower or increase the cost. Eric provided an appointment and was on time for the 2 day install. Eric and his staff used drop cloths and were very clean and professional during the install. Eric had to run wires thru the attic, drill holes in the walls, and hide wiring for all the installations. Over the 2 days he installed 4 wall mount tv's, 5 ceiling speakers, a subwoofer, and then had the task of getting all the electronics installed in a custom closet for just the home electronics. The job that Eric and his staff performed was exceptional and nothing that a big box retailer would even touch. Even other home theatre installers were skeptical about doing what we wanted completed. In the end Eric was the right man and business for the job. The icing on the cake is that after the install Eric will give you his cell number to contact him directly with any issues or problems. You won't find that level of customer satisfaction very often. I highly recommend his expertise and knowledge in addition to his install skills. My wife liked the fact the job was done on time and they were clean and professional over the 2 days. Give him a call you will not be disappointed....

My home entertainment system includes a wall-mounted plasma, a Blu-Ray disc player, PS 3 game-player, and indoor and outdoor speakers. The system runs off a Control4 home automation system which controls all video and audio components through a single interface/remote contol. My CD music collection is also stored on the Control4 unit. My plasma TV finally broke down (after seven years) so I needed to find someone who could not only sell and install a new plasma TV but also integrate it with my Control4 system. I contacted HTC through their website email function and received a call from HTC's Eric within an hour. I explained my situation and gave him the model number of the new plasma I wanted. That same evening, as promised, .Eric sent me a thorough written cost estimate showing the cost of the new TV, installation and updating of the Control4 software. Eric and his co-worker showed up promptly several days later at 8 a.m., as scheduled. They mounted the new TV and updated my Control4 software accordingly; the update included new capabilities with existing components plus easy access to the new TV and its smart TV internt apps. They also took away the old TV. HTC was prompt, neat and friendly. I had previous experiences with other vendors specializing in Control4 systems and found HTC to be clearly the best.
