Always punctual and make sure the job is done properly and working correctly before leaving.

The tech did a good job. The main break was in our reclaimed water box - thanks to a fully loaded moving truck driving over our lawn and water box.

Service was great. I will call again if there is another problem.

They got the job done in about one hour. The technician was exceptional and he did a wonderful job. He let me know what they were going to do and what was covered. They contacted me to set up the scheduling.

Excellent work in repairing and replacing sprinker heads. Cordial and hard working crew of 3 took care of the problems I had in about 90 minutes. Strongly recommend.

At the end of the vendor?s ?Business Description? on this page, he writes ?For A Faster Response TEXT 813-XXX-XXXX. I wanted service quickly and I live in the same town as the vendor, so I sent a text before 9:00 a.m. saying I'm an Angie's List customer, I want service and asked the business owner to call me. I did not receive a response until the next day in the afternoon requesting that I text my name and address to the office business line (so much for ?A Faster Response?). I did as requested and added that I want to be called to schedule the service. The owner responded by text immediately saying, ?Will do.? Over a week later, he shows up at my home at 7:15 a.m. without calling as promised and without a scheduled appointment. I told him that because he never called me I went with someone else. What kind of business just shows up at your home without a scheduled appointment? If you need someone quickly, or want a convenient coordinated time of service, use someone else. Even knowing that I am an Angie's List customer, this is how I was treated. What kind of rating would he expect?

The service was excellent. They fixed my sprinklers quickly and the cost was very reasonable.

After a delay in getting the job scheduled, the vendor did an outstanding job at meeting my needs to get the job scheduled and was very responsive to my scheduling needs. Due to the failure of a valve and a problem locating the control box, the work had to be completed on another day. They were at my home precisely when agreed and finished the work to standard. I will continue to use this vendor to keep my system in good working order with preventive maintenance checks. I recommend their work!

They worked around my crazy schedule. They were punctual, courteous and professional and very knowledgeable. On top of all that, they were very affordable. Would I recommend them? Absolutely! Would I use them again? Without thinking twice! Thank you Angie you are 3 for 3.

Went okay, 2 young men came out and performed the service. They were on time and courteous. They examined the system, fixed 2 broken heads and reset the control box for proper days of the week watering and duration of watering. One head was working but not perfectly ( as in 100% they way it should be, nozzle partially clogged or something) and when I mentioned it to them they said it was good to go. I have also since discovered that at least one head pops up but not above the hedge of bushes it is suppose to be watering and thus does not water the entire hedge. They did not see this and/or failed to mention this problem to me and give me options, raise the sprinkler or cut the hedge. Overall, you get what you pay for. It was a great price, I feel I got my moneys worth as the major issues (2 broken heads were fixed, the control box was properly programmed) were addressed; they just did not go above and beyond the minimum requirements as I see it and capture the minor issues.

They were fantastic. I would never hesitate to use them again. Theey were just like friends. Someone fell down in the street while they were here, and they ran out with me to help, and called EMS. They are really good people, and were clean and professional.

Tech came in on time. Unfortunately I have another service in progress so he can't check the rotation without getting the other guy wet. So when I saw some discrepancies I called and the same tech came back and fixed the problems right away the same day.

They checked and adjusted my sprinkler system. They also replaced all broken heads at an additional charge. Overall everything went fine.

Raised some sprinkler heads above grown shrubs. Discovered 2 broken and hidden heads and replaced them. The broken heads had to cost me additional $100 a month according to him. Great job.

Henderson Irrigation did a great job of inspecting and repairing my irrigation system. Russ was punctual, polite, knowledgeable and very professional. He took the time to explain everything and also made some suggestions for maintaining the sytem. He set the timer for each zone and made sure all my plants were receiving water. I will definitely call Henderson Irrigation again and recommend him to all of my neighbors.

They arrived on time and went right to work, Russ found several heads that needed to be replaced as they were leaking more than they were spraying. He replaced these and checked and adjusted all of the others. He set the timer to water each zone as needed. Excellent company and very honest. Did not try to add sell us more replacement heads than we needed.

Russ and team were prompt, the price was reasonable and they were very knowledgeable and professional. We moved into a new house and needed the system checked/tuned up. He arrived as scheduled and did the work as promised. He also was very knowledgeable about how to handle some trouble areas (landscape issues) we had. He answered all my questions and did a great job! THANKS!

Came next day after called, showed up on time (early, actually). Listened carefully to problems, suggested remedies, moved and replaced heads to provide better coverage. Determined a valve needed replacement. Did walkthrough of whole system to make other adjustments. Quick and efficient.

I've been a customer of Russ and Henderson Irrigation for about 5 years. After our house was built, we noticed that the builder had neglected to cover a good portion of our backyard with irrigation. I called Henderson, and Russ contacted me back right away. When he came, he quickly mapped out the optimal locations for the new zone and heads and had the work done in no time. He even swapped out our timer for a more suitable model for our system for free. Even though the system has worked perfectly since then, I have called them back once every 2 years or so to check the heads and system. Recently, I had a new patio installed in the backyard. I again contacted Russ, who came on his own to check to be sure the paver company had capped the line correctly. When we scheduled a follow up visit, he and his team came up with a plan, re-calibrated the heads, fixed a broken drip line, and moved a head about 10 feet, all in about 30 minutes. Overall, there's no reason why I would call anyone else. Henderson is always friendly, responsive, quick, reasonably priced... and usually exceeds my expectations. Highly recommended!

From the initial call I knew that Henderson Irrigation operated a professional business. Their attention to detail, responsiveness, and price were what made us choose them when it came time for us to completely upgrade the irrigation system at our home. The job was performed quickly and within the scope of work. They were courteous to our neighbors during the process as well. I would highly recommend Henderson Irrigation!

Russ Henderson (anybody named Russ is "OK" in my book!) and Ben were prompt, extreemly efficient and very thorough. We had several spray heads that needed replacement because the foliage had grown since the system was first installed and the coverage needed adjusting. A "bubbler" spray head was installed to satisfiy the watering needs of a specific plant. Also one of the zone valves was faulty and wasn't allowing the four spray heads on that zone to work at all. In addition to the above work, we needed a pipe to be run under the driveway to allow access to an area we wanted to have landscape lighting and with the trenching on both sides of the driveway, the length of pipe and the expert replacement of the sod and mulch where the trench had been dug, you'd never know they had been there and it was only a $30 charge which was most reasonable. The entire project was performed expertly in less than an hour, Russ says his work is guaranteed for a year and with the cleanup after the job was complete, you'd never know they were here. We have discovered a real pro and I wouldn't hesitate a second to recommend Henderson Irrigation.
