+ -1 moreAfter I posted the negative review, the vendor did get back to me. We made arrangements for him to come out. He did correct the problem. It went well. He ended the problem and we haven't had any more problem since. He was punctual.

+ 1 moreWe couldn't be more pleased with the work that John Tyler and his colleague, James, did for us. The floors throughout the house look brand new, as does our master bath shower. John and James were a delight to work with--puntual, pleasant, and very good at what they do. We rate their work as "A+." We recommend John and James wholeheartedly.
Description of Work: Cleaned and color sealed all tile floors in our house--family room, kitchen, two baths, laundry room, and entry hall--and cleaned, repaired and color sealed our master bath shower.
