It went great. John called back same day as I contacted him and came out the next day to look and discuss our options. We received an estimate that day and the work was done the same week. For just a little more money and facing the right direction, we were able to get the flat skylight, which looks great. Scotty, who installed was on time, did a great job, and answered all location questions. He even took time to look at where our next one might go.

Couldn't have gone better. John and Scotty did a outstanding job and a breath of fresh air dealing with FL contractors. Don't hire anyone else and don't be pressured into having the competitors come to your house and force you into a decision because they want to install when the present the roduct.

The tubes are amazing! We previously purchased 10" and 13" solar tubes for our detached garage living space and Scottie wow'ed us with excellent installation work. Given that it was simple to reach out to John again and order 2 22" lighting tubes for our family room and for the first time we have real light in the room and it's a pleasure to read the paper from the couch for the first time. While Scottie was here we discussed installing a solar attic fan to pull heat from our attic. We made that happen and it's amazing just how much less our air conditioning runs. I'd buy from John any time and endorse the amazing product and installation experience.

I had a wonderful experience with John Megyes, President. He came to my residence and provide me with different options to add natural light to my home. He was professional and very honest in his presentation of his products. I had planned this work to SURPRISE my wife , she was out of town and I needed it done before she came home. John made it work. We settled on what I needed and John made sure it was done prior to my wife coming home. Thank you John.. My wife was totally surprised and happy with the results. The installer was very professional and neat in performing his duties, he new exactly where to locate the skylights to get the most lighting out of them. Also cleaned up after he was done. GREAT job. I want to take time to express how excited and how well lit up my kitchen is with the natural skylight. Bravo zulu (job well done) Scottie, a job well done with the installation of 2 impact glass hurricane skylights and the solar attic fan. Scottie also did a great clean up. They did an excellent job. I called them for an estimate and they were right there. If it wasn't for the fact that I hd to get approval from my association, it would have been installed almost immediately. Would definitely recommend them. There was not a speck of dust or dirt left in my kitchen after they left, everything was covered in plastic. It only took 1 1/2 hours to install and it is guaranteed for no leaks.

Excellent communication, install, and cleanup. Would recommend others to use them for their skylight needs. We will have them install additional tubular skylights and a solar attic fan after the first of the year.

We had been impressed with this same installation done at our neighbor's, so we asked who had done the work. When I called Florida Coast Skylights LLC, they came that same afternoon and explained, in detail, how the solar fan would operate and how it could work with our air conditioner to cool our home and decrease our electric bill. They answered any questions we had, gave us a price and set up our installation date. We received an email confirming all this information. Installation was done promptly and professionally. We were very impressed with this company and their work. I would recommend their services.

Great job John, Well done. We do not know how we managed all these years in a dark bathroom. It is so bright that a lot of times we think that we left the light on. No more light bulbs during the day means less electricity usage. Will certainly recommend this product.

Arrived on time,went immediately to work,finished quickly. He was professional and personable. His work was clean and neat. We could not have been more satisfied.

After telling John we would like the sky light installed we had a initial installation date and on that day it rained heavily. ,John highly recommended to wait and see how the following Friday looks weather wise.Come the following Friday we had good weather very slight chance of rain and Scotty the installer showed up at the time he said he would,my wife and I were taken back by his professionalism and work methods,he was so nice and eagerly to please us and assured the job will be done right,I had the opportunity to watch how he installed the sky light and I was amazed how well and such a excellent job he did.My wife and I know that we can ease our mind that there will be no leaks after seeing how Scotty worked on the installation(take our word it was not the easiest location in our hot attic),and this did not bother him at all.We have had it in the office now for well over a month and still pleased we made the right choice.My wife and I get excited to walk into this room now that is so bright and cheery.

We live in a condo with very poor lighting. We had Florida Coast Skylights assess the situation. They recommended the proper size and location to optimize the light in our home. In a few hours, they transformed our dark house into a cheerful bright home. The location of each solar tube is perfect. The right size was placed in each room allowing just the right amount of light in each area. While they were there, we also had them install a solar fan in the attic. It is energy and cost efficient. They cleaned up when the job was finished and made sure everything was right before they left. Highly recommend this company.

My Initial purchases with Florida Coast Skylights was for one solar light or skylight in our kitchen, one in our master bath plus a solar attic fan all installed in April of 2015. We had a 13" solar light tube installed in the kitchen, although due to the location of the joists in the roof we were unable to have it installed exactly where we wanted but it was close, John Megyesi the owner had already explained to us at his consultation that this could happen and we were aware of this possibility. We had a 10" solar light tube installed in our master bathroom and a solar attic fan installed at this time too. John was extremely helpful in making suggestions for size and number of lights for the space we were going to use them in, meaning in the kitchen we had an option of a larger solar light tube we choose the one initially then had the 2nd solar light installed in the kitchen at a later date. Both John and Scotty the installer were professional, courteous, on time and very accommodating. The attic fan was initially installed in a different location then what we had decided on and where John suggested it be installed, which was on the most southern exposure of the roof, which was on the side of our home. It was installed in the rear of the home. The reason I am mentioning this is because I wanted to praise the customer service they provided when this was brought to their attention. John and Scotty both came back out quickly and the solar attic fan was moved and reinstalled to the correct location. After the solar light tube was installed we decided to install another solar light diagonally opposite of the one that had already been installed in the kitchen, we decided we wanted more light like this in the kitchen, this was completed in July 2015. We had a minor issue with one of the kitchen lights with leaking when I called John he sent out his installer to assess the issue, they could not find a leak. When it happened a 2nd time, John and Scotty both came to the house and they did find a very small hole in the roof and corrected the issue. However both times the leak was due to driving rain, and I have had no issues with normal rain or at all since the issue was corrected. Incidentally while on the roof they found another issue with the roof which was not due to anything they did, but repaired and correct that issue while they were on the roof at no charge to me. I would highly recommend Florida Coast Skylights. The light the solar light tubes gives out is amazing. I do not use one electric light in my house all day long since the installation of the solar lights, and my kitchen and master baths is as bright as can be. I have an open concept living space and these two lights in the kitchen aluminate my living area. I absolutely love them. On a side note, I have saved $50 a month off my electric bill with the attic fan, especially during the summer months when I am running the air conditioning daily, the attic fan does not cost me a cent to exhaust the hot air out of the attic! The attic fan was one of the best things we did to save money on our electric bill. I would highly recommend this company and I have to my neighbors who have also used Florida Coast Skylights and love their solar lights and solar attic fans as much as I do.

We met the sales representative John Megyesi at a home show and had him visit our home to give us an estimate for a skylight and attic fan. John was very thorough and courteous. We decided to purchase a skylight and attic fan. On the day of installation the installer Michael Ford-Jones arrived on time and completed the installation of the skylight and attic fan in about two hours. He was courteous and very organized with the installation. I checked with him a few times during the installation and could see the detail of workmanship he was putting into the installation. He also prepared the inside work area to keep dust down and did a totally cleaned up when finished. I would highly recommend him as an installer to anyone thinking of putting in one of these products.

They arrived on time, worked quickly, cleaned up after them selves. These were the 4th & 5th solar tube skylight we have had installed in our house. They brighten up dark halls & rooms. Each skylight is like having a 100 watt light bulb on without having to turn on a light bulb. They are a little pricey but are a very high quality and come with a 20 year guarantee and are rated for up to a 200 mile an hour wind. We are very happy with all 5 of our skylights.

We ran to some problems along the way do to the structure of the flat roof at the back of the house, and we had to change our plans for our fifth skylight in that room. But in the end we got everything worked out.

Warranty (Product and Installation) 4. Price Based on all of my research, it lead me to FC Skylights. They were able to meet my schedule to have it installed. I was scheduled for 7:30am, and the installer (Scotty) was at my door promptly at 7:30am. He was very professional, interactive, and very informative by answering many of my questions regarding the product and installation process. It's never a comfortable feeling when any type of work is performed on the roof. You wonder if the work would be performed quickly and using short cuts anticipating a roof leak when they leave. Not with Scotty! He worked confidently and methodically making sure that every and any potential area that could be subject to water exposure was covered and secured. I have to say that it was refreshing. I am very happy with my total expierience using FC Lighting and look forward to lower electric bills and a roller home! I would used them again and would recommend them to anyone looking to have the same type of work done.

Scott the installer came at the specific time and date we were told. He placed both the skylights, did all the work, laid out and moved covers on all my furniture. My cleaning lady was hear and she was impressed by how clean the installation was done. The whole job took about 20 hours. Both my husband and I have been impressed by this company and it's owner.

They were very professional and well informed on the product. They gave me a considerable number of options. I went with the glass skylights because they were rated for wind mitigation. I am totally happy with the amount of light they provide in the rooms I installed them. The salesperson had an easy sales approach and was very informative. They were installed by professional licensed contractors. I would recommend Florida Coast Skylights to anyone that asked me where I got them.
