Joe DeBer is simply everything you want and NEED in an HVAC technician. He's technically extreme knowledgeable, he's reliable in terms of showing up right on time, He does NOT try to sell you stuff you don't need to pad his profits, he's extremely personable, and MOST important, as a sole proprietor, he charges substantially less than all his competitor. Don't take this the wrong way, but you would be NUTZ, not to use him.
