It was great. Dale was great to work with and the gentleman that painted my condo was quick and completed the job to my complete satisfaction.

I had a very pleasant experience with DLF Professional Painting. I needed a painting job done on interior walls of an entire house. I was working with multiple contractors for flooring and minor repair etc. DLF Professional Painting did a great job working with my schedule and got the job done in time. About a month later I hired them for exterior painting and they finished the job as promised within schedule. Will hire them again.

Very well. We received a bid with the services that would be performed all written out. The painters came on the day and time promised and did a very nice job. They cleaned everything up and were careful not to damage my flowers and shrubbery. We are very pleased with their professionalism!

We had our roof pressure washed and house painted. Both crews were very professional, extremely hard working and we love the color of our home. The front door is perfectly painted a beautiful blue. Thank you.

Dale gave us a very competitive quote on painting the outside & inside of our home with good quality paint. Prior to painting the exterior, they pressure washed it and patched any areas that required mending. Similarly, they cleaned the dust from the tops of the walls and patched any cracks and dented corners inside the house. On the whole, we are pleased with the results. However, while they did a good job, there were several areas of overspray that should not have occurred had there been proper protection used: in one of the bathroom tubs, along the tiled floor in the hallway, and several areas of the kitchen and laundry room. These were areas that were painted using a spray as opposed to rollers as evidenced by the fine layer of paint droplets all over our washer & dryer, etc. So for that reason we are giving them a less-that-perfect review.

Nothing to detail. NEVER SHOWED UP

They were okay. However still showing several areas in the house where paint is not complete - still white walls showing through. They did not paint behind my toilet in bathroom. They painted the garage door wrong color and then came back and corrected it, but did not do a good job, coverage is not complete. I would not recommend. Also smoked in our garage instead of outside.

They did an excellent job. They sent out a crew of three people and did the whole house in one day.

Jim and John were great. They quoted me a fair price, then lowered it to beat out a competitor. They always showed up when they said they would, communicated effectively, responded to any requests/change orders I had, and were very easy to work with. I would highly recommend DLF and specifically Jim and John. They were top notch.

I would rate this as a favorable transaction. I have no issues with the quality of work done. I would recommend that the owner or his representative visit the job location and talk to the purchaser prior to the contract being signed. This would ensure that both parties are in agreement with the work to be performed.

Dale and his team painted my 2400 sq ft stucco home. Dale was very professional providing my estimate and working with me until I picked the paint color (which had to be color matched) and got approval from my home owner's architecture board. His painter was very professional and cleaned up the site each day as he finished painting. In addition, they fixed a few places where wood had rotted on a door frame and where my mailbox had been broken, along with pressure washing my pool deck, driveway and sidewalks. Overall I was very satisfied with the results and several people in my neighborhood have commented on how nice it looks.

Excellent job! After negotiating a date and me picking my paint colors the guys showed up and went right to work. I had very high ceilings and four large rooms all joined in an open concept. These guys did such a fantastic job, I was so happy. Their work was of high quality and kept working all day. Took two days to complete (which was expected with trim, touch up, final work) and kept me posted on what they were doing the next day. They asked questions when they weren't sure what I wanted in certain areas. I had put off painting for nearly two years because I wasn't sure I'd get someone good. Well I did. Dale and his team are highly recommended and I'd use them again in a second. Very pleased.

DLF was timely, efficient, answered all my questions, polite and professional. I would use them again in a New York minute. The job was done quickly and the price was great. Dale is a great guy and his people are respectful and care about your home and in doing it justice. Well done, DLF@!

Dale and Steve did a great job. I purchased a home in the beginning of August. All of the rooms were painted a truly ugly brown color. Dale met with me at the house multiple times to plan the job and discuss paint colors with me. My house has a guest bedroom, guest bathroom, an office/den, large kitchen with eat-in area, large combined living/dining room, and a master bedroom suite with two walk-in closets, and large master bath. A total of 1,530 sq. ft. with 9 ft. ceilings. This was not an easy job, since I used 7 different colors including the trim. Dale even came back to paint the quarter-rounds being installed as a part of my flooring job the next week. The whole job was completed in three days. The work was done carefully and professionally. I have worked with a lot of painters over the years, and back in the 20th century managed renovations at a major hotel in NYC. Dale is as good as painter I have ever worked with.

Excellent work. Professional in all aspects. Very high skill level. DLF came out for an estimate to see the job site. Gave us a reasonable written estimate. They were friendly, courteous, and efficient. DLF is the best painting contractor we have ever had. Highly recommended.

Jim and John did a great job at a very reasonable price. They removed wallpaper in some rooms and painted the entire house. The job went over in the time originally planned but the wallpaper was the biggest issue. I'd use them again and have already given their number to a friend..

He did great job from start to finish. Scheduled a time for estimate and reviewed the estimate in detail. He provided a tentative start date and kept me updated as the time approached. The first they pressure washed and reviewed the paint scheme with me. They cleaned up everyday after they were done. Very polite, straight forward and wonderful person. Overall A++ for across the categories.

They did a nice job. They were clean, quick and they did exactly what they said they will do.

Great experience!! Jim and John are true professionals and represent their company in a superb manner. From our first consult through the end of the job we appreciated the honest and straight forward feedback we received form them always in a very courteous manner. They were punctual and true to their word in that they did everything they said they would. As good as it was to work with true professionals, we were most impressed with the quality of their work. The application of the paint to the walls and how they "cut" the edges was perfect. They not only did it right.....they did it right the first time. They were very cautious and ensured that our furniture and floors were covered and protected. Our home is 13 years old and looks like new. We have a large home with 12 ft ceilings and, as an added plus, found their pricing to be extremely fair They exceeded our expectations. We would definitely hire them again and strongly encourage everyone else to do the same.

Everything went very smoothly. They did a great job on the house and followed up to make sure we were satisfied. We would definitely contract these guys again.

It went very well. The rooms look beautiful. I am impressed with everyone I met. Dale is friendly and honest, and knows all there is to know about paint. Chris and Dan are super hard workers, and also know all about various types and brands of paint. They take a lot of pride in their work. They waited for the paint to dry a little, and checked every inch to be sure it covered well. Then they had me come and look at the walls. They made sure I was happy before they left. I was! I am! As they were leaving, I asked them about pressure cleaning and painting my outdoor white fence, that is now looking rather greenish. They do that too! Dale is going to send me an estimate via e-mail. Meanwhile, all the rooms in my house are looking "tired" and "dull". I will call Dale for all my painting whims from now on. : )
