DLF was very easy to work with. They went to work immediately after we chose a color for the walls and finished very quickly. I have used DLF before and I will use them again.

I spoke with Jim Garasz about the work we needed done. Jim is very professional and was on time for our meeting, very clear on what needed to be done, explained the cost and amount of time his team would need. Jim's quote was better than the two others I received. The workers were fantastic. they were very polite, the work was perfect. they cleaned up when they were done.

Excellent and responsive service. Very neat just like the first time. I had a couple of minor bleed through spots because they were covering red. The impressive part is I called and the follow-up was immediate. They already had the money, they already did the job - but they were as responsive as someone trying to get the job. That is rare, refreshing and shows the true integrity of this company.

I live in Maryland and I am in the process of moving to my home in Florida. The three bedroom doors were not painted on the outside. I was told they only paint the interior sides of the door. Never thought that when I asked for a door to be painted that I would have to request both sides be painted. When I have had painting done in the past by other companies, when I requested a door to be painted they painted both sides. The painters missed a bunch of spots on the trim and had to be called back to fix it. They did not take off the outlet plates or the switch plates when they painted the walls. They painted around them which means they got paint on the switch plates and the outlet plates. Again companies I have used in the past alway took off the plates before they painted the walls. They must not have used a dropcloth on one of the bathroom sinks and countertops because there was paint splatter on the countertops, in the sink and a few on the mirror. The job was suppose to take three days and it took four. They didn't tell me this but I checked the guard gate access and saw that they were here for four days. This is probably what upset me the most of their service: They washed their brushes out in my front flower bed using my hose. The painter told me that it would come off the mulch. Well the painting was done in October and it is now the end of December and I still have paint on my mulch. Overall I would have to say I am not satisfied with their service. They did paint the interior walls but they didn't paint the doors correctly or the trim correctly and they ruined my flower bed. And last, they. were expensive. I am from Maryland and the painters that I have used in the past would've charged me a fraction of what this company charged me to do the exact same thing and they would've painted both sides of the doors. To be fair, maybe not all the painters with this company are bad but the team that I had was a father daughter team and they just didn't do a good job. For what I was charged the job should've been close to perfect.

The end result was GREAT. Looks like new rooms. They will be back to do the living and dining rooms.

Great. Absolutely no issues with the job or service. The DLF crew went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the job.

It went well, had to e-mail a couple of times to get the job finished because of a missed spot. Other than that the painter's where nice, clean and professional. We would hire the company again if the need arose.

Jim came on schedule to work up an estimate. He was also very responsive to the questions and minor changes we requested. Alan came to pressure wash on the agreed date, and he and Rick came on schedule to do the prep and painting. Rick was very meticulous in his work. Happy with the results, and we would be happy to deal with DLF in the future

This was a big deal purchase and it went great. The price was about $400 more than the big deal. They did all the patching they needed to do, did some stucco work and then they painted the house. They were great.

MOST pleasant and courteous staff, Rick and Alan. They did a most professional job, explained things, arrived as scheduled and I would recommend this company to everyone. Jim G who did the original estimate was also very good to work with.

Scheduling was a bit challenging since it was a rental property and also the weather was not cooperating. Despite these challenges, DLF apprised me of their progress. I especially appreciated the responsiveness of the DLF rep (Jim) in accommodating the time constraints due to tenants availability. DLF was reasonable in their estimates which includes pressure washing, priming, etc. The paint job came out great! I would highly recommend this company to others considering to have their painting done!

I was extremely satisfied with all aspects of the project, from the estimate, to scheduling, to completion of the work. I received cost estimates from four companies on Angie's List, and DLF's was the lowest. I had several questions for Jim, the estimator, during the process, and he answered them promptly. I was especially pleased that he was able to get the project scheduled to meet my timeframe and even was able to make adjustments for pressure washing to accommodate my needs. I was impressed with DLF's price, professionalism, responsiveness, and quality of work.

The crew was very professional and courteous. The work was done on times and budget numbers as projested.

Overall, the work they did was excellent. From the first phone call from Jim through final inspection of the job, everyone was very professional and kept me informed of what was being done and if there were any delays due to weather (summers in Florida?). The estimate was very fair but it was the follow-up by Jim that impressed me the most. I was very happy with the results and I will certainly call them again for my painting needs.

The work that they did was nothing short of wonderful. I originally wanted new siding for my home but after getting a quote of $27,000 I decided that wouldn't be happening. My next option was to have my vinyl painted and I am in awe of the results. It looks like I have new siding. My neighbors have stopped me on the street to tell me how gorgeous my house looks. Jim and his associate were kind and gave me good advice on the shutters (we took them off and it really looks great). I'm recommending them to everyone. I plan on hiring them to paint my deck as well. I can't say enough good things about them. If you want a job done right by good people I suggest you call this company. So so so happy with the results.

I was thoroughly impressed with Dale and his company DLF Professional Painting. I looked up in Angie's List 3 of the top rated Exterior painting companies and DLF was the only one that had a secretary answering the phone (by the way the other 2 companies took 2 and 3 days respectively to get back to me). The secretary was extremely helpful and got me an appointment in 2 days to set up the estimate. Dale (one of the owners) came out to the house right on time, did the walkthrough and ask me about the areas of concern and pointed some minor repaired that needed to be done in the front porch celling. In about 30 minutes, I had a printed (the guy carries a printer in his car) estimate explaining exactly what was being done and for how much. The estimate seemed reasonable so I decided to go with DLF without getting additional quotes. The painting crew lead by Angel, were punctual, polite and very professional. They power wash the whole house, applied primer and painted the whole house in 3.5 days (they would have likely finished in 3 days if the weather had cooperated). They then had me walk around the house to see if there was any areas that had any issues. The painting was perfect and no correction was needed. Everyday the job site was left immaculate, I was very happy with the results and I will most certainly utilize their service again for my interior painting.

Outstanding work from start to finish. Jim Koys is a true professional who believes in delivering top notch quality of work to his clients. He is very responsive to your inquiries and addresses all of of your concerns. From the first appointment through the end of the job you get his personal attention and does not leave until you are completely satisfied. We started with the interior of our home. We were so pleased with the results that we brought him back to paint the exterior of the home as well (over 3400 sq ft). Then we hired him to paint a rental property we owned. There aren't enough words to adequately praise the quality of work but just as important is the fact that his pricing is extremely competitive. The fact that we have hired him three times is a testament of how we feel about what we get in return for our investment. Dale responded quickly to my call and within a day or two the work was scheduled. His painters arrived on time and finished the job quickly and efficiently. They did very good work, and we will definitely hire them for future projects.
