They were very prompt, gave a detailed bid as suggested and I chose to use someone else who would hand paint my stucco rather than spray.

On Monday, Sept. 10th, Marvin Forrey, brother of the owner, the company carpenter repaired bad siding on my chimney before the painting began. He did a good job. The next day, the painter arrived and pressure washed all sides of the house and masked the windows and doors that were not to be painted. Then he primed and sealed the bare wood siding I had installed over the last couple of months to replace the rotten wood siding we had. I had shown him the paint chip for the color we wanted to use and he picked up 10 gallons of the paint. The next day he went around caulking seams around the windows and siding and then started painting the siding, first with a paint sprayer and then he went back over the job with a roller and brush. He used all the paint and had to get another 10 gallons of paint. He finished work on the 12th. I found a couple of areas for him to recover with more paint, which he did. We are very happy with the painting of our house and will recommend this company.

DLF was very prompt and professional about supplying the estimate. They were accommodating with schedule. Their attention to detail is excellent and the paint job they did looks great.

My house looks great! I am very pleased. I worked with Matt Macdonald for my quote, and he was very flexible with my scheduling needs (I work long hours). The quote was presented in an unexpectedly thorough and professional way (glossy folder, free DLF pen, etc.). The work actually started a little ahead of schedule, and 98% of it took place while I was at work, which was a huge convenience for me. It took less than three full days. I did get a chance to meet (for about 20 minutes) Jim, my painter, and he was seemed quite nice. My next door neighbor (who knows EVERYTHING that goes on in our neighborhood, trust me) simply raved at how professional and polite Jim was and how respectfully he treated my house, even though I was not there. She got a DLF card from him because she is thinking of painting her house. My overall impression of DLF was very positive. When I have the budget to paint my interior, they will be the only company I call.

Excellent service -- George and Mike were extremely pleasant and very professional, meeting or exceeding our expectations in every way. They painted the house in one day less than the original estimate, but never skimped or hurried. George made useful aesthetic suggestions, including some which ended up causing him more work (such as highlighting particular boards with the trim color). Plus, they did all sorts of extra things, such as cleaning out gutters. They were considerate, cleaned up after themselves (and, frankly, after us!), quiet, and thorough. We could not have asked for a better job, and we will hire DLF in the future for smaller jobs as well.

Matt and Jim checked with me to verify the colors for the exterior of the building. The Association gave us the wrong trim color, they rechecked with the Association and got the correct colors. The house was pressure washed and painted in four days. They were very professional and did an excellent job.

They did a beautiful job. They used their time efficiently and completed the job in 4 days. They even provided me with a coupon for $150 off the price.

sales person Matt was professional and asked us to try sample paint color on the walls at different places on the house. Suggested we look at the samples for a couple of days before we made a decision on the color. It worked and we chose a color that came out perfect. Trims and doors were white. Looked very good. My wife and I loved it. It took us a while and about 15 color samples to agree to the final color. John called us ahead of time to introduce himself and tell us he is in charge of this project and gave us his cell phone number so we can reach him when we have a question and comment. When I called John, he answered the phone right away. Very professional. John started on the scheduled day and completed the job as scheduled given some days off due to bad weather conditions.

Jerry, his assistant Scott and their small crew did an excellent job. They were on time, worked full days until finished and were very respectful of the property and our family. I had (general) conerns going in that the painters would not do the trim detailed work as precisely and cleanly as I would like. However, my fears were proven to be totally groundless. The guys did a great job of taping, preping, and generally completing all of the trim work with clean, professional lines. The crew left the property fully cleaned and in the same condition as when they arrived. I believe that the price for the job was very fair as compared to other local companys. The job was handled with professionalism, courtesy and excellent follow-up by the management level of the company. I would recommend this company with 100% enthusiasm.

Dale sent George and Mike. They came three days earlier then scheduled and finished one day sooner than expected. Both men did an excellent job. The house was pressure washed, primed and painted. High quality job. They did a job like I would have done. They kept asking us to check the work. They did not want to leave until we were happy with the work. Both paid attention to detail all along the way. Highly recommend them and would call again for another job.

My home really looks nice with all of the fresh paint. There were some mistakes made, the chimney was painted the wrong color and some of the painting needed to be resanded and redone, but John re-did anything I was not satisfied about. The first day they got a late start after 10:30 a.m. But overall, I was pleased with the job that was done on my home.

Better coverage of furniture & floors when spray painting.

They painted the ceiling of the lanai yellow rather than the original white. When I spoke with them they agreed to come back out & redo the job. Otherwise they did good work.

They did a very nice job and were reasonably neat! They suggested a replacement of wood paneling, and that is under their guarantee for the work done, and they were able to coordinate that with the company. The pricing was in the mid-range of the estimates that we received.

I used this company about 21 months ago to paint the entire interior of my home (except bedrooms) and was very pleased with their work. This time the crew they sent (they do use subcontractors) was not as detailed as the prior crew. My biggest disappointment this time was that there was definitely a lack of communication between the painters and the salesman. The painters arrived believing that the paint was already here (as they were told by the salesman and told me that this was not the first time this has happened), when the week prior to the job he told me that he would get the paint. This delayed the painters by nearly 2 1/2 hours having to go out to get the gallons of paint. There was also some miscommunication by the salesman to the painters concerning an accent wall that I wanted in one of the bedrooms and what I needed done. Overall, I am pleased but would say to make sure that everything is ''clearly'' stated in writing.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB AT A GREAT PRICE. I ALSO LIKED IT THAT THEY HAD WORKERS COMPENSATION. I ALSO ADDED 3 SETS OF STAIRS (TWO OF THEM WERE TWO STORY STEPS) AND ONLY CHARGED ME $200 MORE.

DLF APPARENTLY SERVES AS A MIDDLE MAN. WE WORKED WITH SEAN DUTKA. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND SPEEDY BUT PROBABLY TOO BUSY TO KEEP EVERY PROMISE. THE SUB-CONTRACTED PAINTER THAT DID OUR JOB WAS SKILLED AND WILLING TO SATISFY REQUESTS. OUR JOB TOOK 3.5 DAYS WITH THE PAINTER WORKING ALONE. OVERALL, MY SATISFACTION IS HIGH. OUR HOUSE WAS IN DESPERATE NEED OF PAINTING AND A BIG IMPROVEMENT WAS REALIZED. COMPARED TO THE TWO OTHER QUOTES I RECEIVED, DLF WAS ON THE LOWER END AND COULD GET THE JOB DONE ALMOST IMMEDIATELY HAVING MANY SUB-CONTRACTORS AVAILABLE. DLF TYPICALLY SPECS ONE COAT OF PRIMER AND ONE TOPCOAT OF SHERWIN WILLIAMS A100 PAINT. OTHER OUTFITS SPEC'D TWO TOPCOATS OR SW'S SUPERPAINT. IF I WANTED TO WAIT A FEW MONTHS I WOULD HAVE TRIED PAUL TOPASH AND SON. BUT, OVERALL, DLF GOT THE JOB DONE FAST AND AT A GOOD PRICE. WE'LL SEE HOW IT HOLDS OVER THE NEXT FEW YEARS.

SUB CONTRACTOR SENT TO DO THE JOB WAS FAST, COURTEOUS AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. EVERYBODY SHOWED UP ON TIME.

I CALLED AND EXPLAINED MY SMALL JOB. THEY SAID THAT THEY DO SMALL JOBS. THEY INDICATED THAT THERE WAS ABOUT A MONTH'S DELAY IN STARTING JOBS. I SAID, ''NO PROBLEM, I'M NOT IN A HURRY.'' I GAVE MY PHONE NUMBERS. THEY SAID THEY WOULD HAVE THE ESTIMATOR CALL ME. HE DID NOT CALL. I CALLED AGAIN AFTER A FEW DAYS, AND THEY SAID THE ESTIMATOR WOULD CALL. THE ESTIMATOR CALLED ON A TUES. AND SAID HE WOULD COME ON WED. AND DO THE ESTIMATE. NEVER SHOWED, NEVER CALLED.

THIS COMPANY IS PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND DOES QUALITY WORK.

THE PAINTER ASSIGNED TO DO THE WORK WAS A SUBCONTRACTOR. HE DID A LESS THAN ACCEPTABLE JOB. HOWEVER, WHEN I CONTACTED THE SALES MANAGER WHO QUOTED THE JOB, HE CAME OUT AND MET WITH ME, LOOKED AT THE WORK AND AGREED THAT MOST OF IT HAD TO BE RE-DONE. WHILE THE JOB TOOK LONGER THAN ANTICIPATED TO COMPLETE - DLF STOOD BY THEIR WORK AND FINISHED THE JOB TO MY SATISFACTION. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM - PROVIDED YOU ASK FOR AN EMPLOYEE TO DO YOUR WORK AND PROHIBIT ANY SUBS.
