They did a wonderful job. They pressure washed the entire house before painting. He and a helper came out to do the work. He was clearly knowledgable of his job and very professional. He was a very nice and personable guy. They worked quickly. The finished the entire house in two days.

Great job! I selected DLF Painting after receiving 5 other bids. What impressed me were Jim?s professional attitude as well as his great estimate. I was scheduled for painting 7 weeks from the time I selected DLF 's service. Received a call a week prior to firm up the start date. Was told by Jim the job from start to finish would take 4 days. They arrived on the scheduled start date did the described work indicated above in 3 1/2 days.

Jim is a very kind and trustworthy guy, I highly recommend hiring him for your exterior painting job. He came out in late spring, along with several other companies I got off of Angieslist, for an estimate. He gave me a $200 discount for being an Angieslist memeber and that gave him the best price. Also, he seemed very knowledgeable, experienced, and honest. We had to finish up another project first so we scheduled with him to paint in mid-July. We had an extremely wet summer here so he got pushed back to September but that was OK with us, we understood that the weather wasn't cooperating and it isn't easy to fit in a 3 day job. We gave him the Glidden paint swatches for our stucco paint and trim paint, he bought and picked up all the paint. The first day they pressure washed and the second and third days they painted the trim (they did a great job with the cutting, very happy with their attention to detail) and the stucco house. They also painted our three exterior doors and two garage doors. We also had some new stucco that needed a primer and some caulking of cracks before they painted it to match the rest of the house, you can't even tell that it was grey/new stucco there now. We paid after everything was done and we inspected their work. Jim and his colleague did a very professional job and, important to us, he was easy to communicate with and honest and nice. I recommend him to all, we are very happy with how it all went.

Job went great. Jim was able to add in the additional work and he and John did an excellent professional job. They moved the furniture and were careful to not spill of splatter paint. The end product looks great and we are completely satisfied. Jim even cleaned a group of windows that were too high to reach with out a very long ladder, That is an example of the extra effort that the team did.

Jim pressure washed the whole exterior, sealed the windows, taped the doors, painted the exterior, and gutters, including the trim, and downspouts.

It went well. Overall it went well. I hadn't used them before. We would use them again.

Jim and his associate had a fairly big project on hand when they came into my home. The previous owners did what Jim calls a "homeowners special," aka an incredibly horrible paint job. Lines were messy, they got paint all over the walls (and pretty much every other surface imaginable), and it was simply a mess. However, in just three days, DLF was able to take a house full of dark colors and liven the place up! Overall, the lines are pretty clean and everything looks great. I loved my home to begin with (even with a master bath that was... purple!), but words can't describe what a new paint job did. And God love Jim, I'm incredibly picky and he was so patient and compliant when I asked him to touch up and take care of tiny little things that were bothering me. But in my opinion, that's what separates a good service from a great one, and I would absolutely recommend DLF to anyone looking for a quality interior paint job. I have not used their services for any exterior work, but when it comes time for that, they will be the first and only company I call. In regards to the price, even after coming in and realizing removing the old paint from surfaces was a bigger job than expected, Jim stuck to his original price quote. I ended up paying a little extra for the additional paint and second coat required to cover such preexisting dark colors, but Jim definitely didn't take advantage of the situation, and I was happy to oblige given all of the hard work. I absolutely love the feel of my home now--it's warm and cozy and has a clean paint job. Thank you, DLF!

It went very well. Mike was present the entire time they were painting my home. His crew was very friendly, worked in a very safe manner and were always respectfull and professional. Never heard any foul language. Mike has a good business and works hard to keep it that way.

Dale was very professional. Starting with his initial quotation all the way to the end of the job. Not only was his quotation the cheapest we got it was the most professionally presented. After we selected him as our painter, he came over and helped me select the color for the house. I had no idea what color I wanted but he was able to help me quickly narrow it down by asking exactly the right questions. As part of his service he power washed the entire house and even offered to do the windows if I removed the screens (which of course I did). He did the paint job in less time then he quoted and cleaned up after himself each day. I love the color and my house went from being an eyesore to one of the nicest looking houses on the street.

They did an outstanding job and I would highly recommend this company. We will definately use them again for all of our painting needs.

Jim and his assistant did a great job for a reasonable price. He was able to work this in ahead of the originally scheduled date, which helped me get it rented sooner. I enjoyed doing business with this company and was very satisfied with the end result.

Job went very smoothly. Painters did NOT break any tiles on the roof and did NOT damage the screen enclosure surrounding the pool area. They were reasonably priced, EXCELLENT work, and very professional in their execution of the job. I will use them again and recommend them to all my neighbors.

They showed up on time, and were very friendly. Overall, the work was good. However, my husband has found a few problem areas after the work was complete. For example, they knocked into my dryer vent on accident so water has been flowing into it recently.

The job proceeded as promised from start to finish. It was very professional. There were no surprises. It was excellent.

Jim came out to do the quote. He called a couple of days later to lower the quote due to some over estimating on his part. The job started a couple of days late due to weather delays, but was finished on time. The work was done in a couple of days, starting with pressure washing (including the driveway and sidewalk, which was a pleasant surprise). Painting was completed the next day. He and his assistant took great care in masking windows and handles and other areas that didn't need to the painted. The finished job looks great.

They started the pressure washing on Feb. 18, 2010. Painting began on Feb. 19 and was completed by early afternoon on Feb. 20. Two man crew with 30 years of experience. Very friendly and very professional. Had us review and comment several times to make sure we were informed and happy with their work.

Great. I was contacted by Matt who provided an estimate for the job. He was able to schedule the job within a couple weeks, and actually completed it earlier than expected.

The painter, Jim, did an absolutely outstanding job on the house. He was careful of the plants and made very little mess. Because of the need to do a lot of brush work around the windows in the Florida room, the job took over a day longer than either the estimator or Jim anticipated. Despite this, DLH stuck with the initial cost estimate and still took their Angie's list coupon. I was really impressed by this.

They are fantastic! The workers were on time, they covered everything they promised to cover to protect the windows, plants, etc. They cleaned up after themselves and any issues we've had, they've addressed promptly and courteously.

Very pleased. John was thorough and punctual. We were a little concerned about "alligatoring" that would be left behind without scraping the wood bare, but he did a good job of bonding and priming to reduce this effect, and we know that scraping wood bare takes months (we scraped and painted the front of our house to this level and it is grueling). The overall finished product looks great. We would hire DLF again and will recommend the company to friends.

They were OK. I wasn't pleased with the guy who did the work. When he started painting I was not sure about the color. I asked him to wait, which seemed to frustrate him. We ended up keeping the color he started with, so he behaved badly for no reason. They did not put two coats on the house. Their initial estimate was higher priced than what it ended up costing because they price matched another company, but the estimate they matched was for two coats. So ultimately I could have gotten two coats at a better initial price. I think it should have cost less since they only did one coat. They painted my metal doors and three months later they started rusting. I called them and they were slow to provide customer service to resolve the issue. The service was not as exceptional as they pride themselves on claiming it to be.

Signed on for the work the week before Christmas '07 and DLF agreed to begin work the next day. Sent 1 painter out to pressure wash and get color samples. Discussed with painter my understanding that the job would be done by Christmas and he relayed my concern to the sales contact. Salesman got back to me right away and made arrangements not only for another man on the job but to have them both work overtime and, unbeknown-st to me, into their vacations to finish on time. The DLF team did a beautiful job, finished in 2 days, and left a clean work area. Painters were very friendly and accommodating of our schedule and difficulties with a baby's schedule.
