Dana and his team are especially knowledgeable as buyer's agents, even more specifically for those looking for investments. He has extensive experience with foreclosures and getting winning bids accepted. About once a month he offers a free class on basic investment principles. These classes are open to anyone whether or not they intend to use him as a broker.
