CUSTOM CONCRETE PUMPING SVC

The worst contractor I ever hired. Pretty much every front. Called Jason Grimsley to provide estimate on driveway work and pool deck, got the estimate for $2700. Even though his record is not clean on internet, still trusted him, and paid 50% as deposit. Decided to not go with driveway, because it required more time with HOA. Here Jason simply assumed the entire amount of $2700 will be used for pool deck itself!!! Even though original estimate of pool work he gave was $1800. Then it took 3-4 weeks to get him to show up to start the work. Every time we call, his truck broke, he is in ocala, its raining, something or other, the guy would just not show up. Asked for refund, would not give refund, and finally show up on May 7 to do the work. Got one more off the street guy. Started doing pool work. Put acrylic texture on pool deck, its so rough, that kids haven't walked on it ever since. Called multiple times, he always says he will come, but never comes. Tried to deal with him for couple of months, gave up. Lost $1800 on him and now its lot more costly to fix the mess he left. JASON: If you read this, call me, will give a chance to fix your mistake.

Project was delayed many times. It was done during the height of rainy season so it was almost impossible to not have redo's because of that. Jason, the owner, was concerned and wanted to make sure we were pleased. As the result of rain causing many of his jobs to overlap it took much longer than was anticipated. But we believe Jason is very trustworthy and will do all he can to make sure you are pleased with his work.
