In a word: excellent! I have been burned (so to speak) in the past by electrical companies who sent out inexperienced technicians. This was not the case with Costena Services. I sent out a work request via Angies List; received a call from Al, and he was at my home within hours to appraise the job. Said he could do it the following morning. He did! This is the type of service one hopes to get: competent and professional. I already have recommended him to neighbors.

Al and Jamie (sp) were both very pleasant and professional and provided a great energy efficient option for replacement of recessed light bulbs in my bathroom that were difficult to reach. I could not be happier and will be using them in the future for other repair and replacement. Al is local for me and he was able to come the same day I called as I was concerned about the status of the fixture.

The professional came in and figured out the issue in a matter of minutes and fixed the problem! Awesome service!!

The technician was courteous, and professional. He let me know in advance when he would be arriving, arrived on time, quickly assessed the job, gathered his tools; completed the work in no time. We will definitely call him again; would gladly refer him to my family and friends.

Al, was on time for a Saturday appointment. He completed the work, which was adding light in my upstairs loft very quickly. It required him to go in my attic, which was very hot and he didn't complain once. He was the lowest for 4 bids I received, which was a great surprise. I will use him again.
