The installers were highly efficient, informative, did my job next day after home visit, and took materials back to Lowe's for me. Easy to understand and were polite.

I removed the tile from a concrete floor and some of the residue. I explained to all companies that I needed Linoleum Sheet Flooring installed but first needed the remaining residue removed and floor leveled. . First company gave me an estimate and then later stated I would have to do more floor prep work, of which I was hiring them for, before they would start. Second company came and said they could do all that was requested and would send me an estimate. Did not call or give an estimate. Contacted Best Flooring Tampa Bay and Patricia stated that they could do all that was requested, without seeing it first, and would send Arthur, the person that would do the work, to my home to measure and see how much leveling cement would be required. They were prompt to arrive and surveyed floor area. They quickly sent the estimate to which I agreed. A date was set and they promptly arrived and immediately started sanding the thin set grouting and leveling my floor. The floor really needed a lot of leveling and because of the thickness in areas needed a few days to cure. They again arrived promptly at the scheduled time and completed the the finish work, They then installed my flooring. I was really surprised at how fast they completed every thing along with the side molding. Fantastic job. Patricia and Arthur are real Pros and I would definitely recommend this company to all my friends.

The team installing our tile has been great. Patricia is wonderful. I've run into a few unexpected snags - cracked floors and poor planning on my part for supplies - but they've helped me every step of the way. The floors are beautiful. When I get to the redo of our bedroom floors, I plan to hire them again. I highly recommend Best Flooring.

Patricia called and walked us through each step and told us the price per action. She was very helpful and upfront about everything. They gave us a play by play on what time they were going to arrive and ETAs! She even included the certified flooring installers picture and CFI number. Arthur showed up promptly and worked efficiently. Got the whole project done in one and a half days. They even offered to move back some of the heavier pieces of furniture over the newly installed transitions. These guys are the real deal.

The price was great and the installation performed by Arthur was fantastic. An awesome company to deal with. We a very pleased with the job.

Great communication and price!

Arthur and his crew worked a miracle in repairing a large section of glued down engineered flooring that was severely damaged/warped by moisture. The job required ripping up many boards, many cuts and fitting of pieces, and a lot of detail The crew was meticulous in prep and clean up, and just really nice guys who know their craft. Communication was great. They were quick to come out and estimate, prices were fair, they were always on time, and extremely respectful of our home. I have no reservation recommending Tampa Bay Flooring to others that need this type of service. Chuck B

OMG I do not understand these 1-star reviews, insane on all points. Dishwasher? Let me tell you This company did all they could do to help us with everything. They treat us as if we were their family. We are very proud to have them here. Floors look amazing, they were always clean and very polite. Arthur, Rafael and Bryan, we just want to THANK YOU. I hope that people can choose you without being afraid because you are the BEST company and the people I worked with.

They did a good job putting in our new floors, but they moved our dishwasher out of position which caused it to tip forward. They came out to fix it after many requests, but they did not fix it properly. We are still having trouble with it. Also, the owner of the company was very difficult and did not want to fix the problem.

On time, professional, pricing better than we expected, respectful, excellent work. Our kitchen, pantry, and laundry room looks beautiful. I would definitely recommend Best Flooring to my friends.

I would hire this company again. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends. Patricia gave me a great price and made the arrangements for pickup and delivery of the flooring. Arthur & Bryant did a great job covering my floor with a mix of vinyl & laminate. They also repaired and leveled missing ceramic tiles due to a huge plumbing repair job that cut through 3 rooms last week. They got in early, left late and always cleaned up before they left.
