I have never dealt with a more incompetent company as Best Flooring. It started with the removal of all the original flooring which left holes in my wall, chipped cabinets and every corner of my house walls scuffed. They were very apologetic and promised to make it right…They didn’t. I brought up many concerns during demolition and installation. My floors upstairs were creaking like I lived in a 100 year home. There were cracked planks in every room. The floors were moving when stepped on. They came out twice to fix the problems and used my 4 un-opened boxes to replace the “problem” areas. I finally had to get a certified floor specialist to come to my home to give an unbiased opinion on what was going on. Which cost more money out of my pocket. Come to find out they never leveled my floors correctly. So As of right now I am out of over $22,000…What I paid them for the flooring, what the flooring cost and plumber fees. They broke my flanges on 2 toilets and reinstalled my master bath toilet when repairing the floors for the second time and the toilet leaked to my downstairs. There is countless other problems like ruining my rug, spilling something on my outside freshly painted porch that is now discolored. I could go on and on. My floors are only 3 months old!!! Please do not use this company. They are awful and have no clue what they are doing!

Mrs [Member Name Removed]. I’m going to create an Album with all our messages and pic from the job on your house. You were a 0 start consumer. Who doesn’t know nothing but wants to know everything. And on my opinion that’s the worst. You blame us for you not having internet!!! You cry and scream over a phone call with us. Next day my installers who have nothing to do with internet connected the cables and BOOM internet was working!! Everything that happened on your house was writer on the estimate that you approved. But who paints the house one day before a ceramic and hardwood removal? Then the three toilets that we told tou your flange was broken and needs to be change! You never changed and at the end tou wanted us to be blamed!! And finally let me remind you! You got a floor that’s was discontinued at floor and decor because of previous problems and we told you your floor wasn’t good. But you had the entire house done and then you wanted the problem to be from the install. Let me tell you, we are well know. We have the best reviews from consumers and for years!! If tou had done what we told you and exchange your floors at floor decor you wouldn’t have any problem. But instead you decided to get a flooring inspector and you told him everything you wanted to be write there and of course de to blame the installer. Let me tell tou something… you had your floors installed on Aug 20th. We went back for your staircase on Sep 13th. If we did a horrible job why did you let us do your staircase almost one month after the horrible service that you are describing?? You only paid when the job was done and not even close to $10k with Removal, install and staircase! Is a question to ask ! And why the fotos we took at the last time on your house don’t have any of those damages?! People need to understand this floors they got damaged depending how you use them. Million of consumers scratch the floors moving furniture and then blame the installer for installing damage planks! I’m really not worry about your install. We have everything to show that everything was done properly and well installed and by the way we have other companies who also reviewed YOU as a 0 start consumer. They mentioned you wanted your money back after they finished the work on your house. What people don’t know is companies do talk to each other’s. And now you want the cost for the floors you purchase your self plus our work at your house! Like if removing ceramic tile and hardwood floors were easy! To bad for you. All that you complain was written on your estimate. We have records of everything! Messages, videos, all that was done in your house. And please take a advice… stop screaming and learn how to talk with people. All you did was scream in front of your kids telling your husband to shut up and not allowing no one to help you with anything. you need to read your estimate. You are 0 start consumer. Thank tou.

Patricia and here team were fantastic every step of the way. I shopped around and she offered a price for installation that could be beat. On top of the great price the instal of my laminate floors and stair case look amazing. There are no gaps at all and no two board ends line up which takes lots of planning. They were even able to relevel my sub floor to fix a squeak that was very annoying. Highly recommended
