At Ease Florida Home Inspections

We were in the process of buying a home and hired Eric as our inspector to do the 4 point, complete inspection, wind mitigation, and termite inspection. As a first time home buyer, I had many questions and many worries. He spent a great deal or time answering any question I had in great detail. Customer service was incredible. He did a thorough job on the reports and took the time to explain issues and concerns to us. He was thorough and diligent. Hands down the best home inspection process I've been through. Erik was prompt, honest, professional and took his time to inspect the property thoroughly and also took the time to explain what he was looking for as well as suggestions for minor improvements along the way. I've been in the customer service industry (Automotive Industry) for 11 years and the level of professionalism and thoroughness of Erik's work is what I strive to provide my own customers with. Having never met him before, after shadowing him around the house for 5 minutes it felt like I had a friend in the business that was there to do me a favor! Without question I would recommend him to anyone who asks, I would send him to my Grandmothers house without hesitation, his prices are more than fair, in fact possibly a steal! And the report (with 30+ photos attached) was detailed, organized and is everything my insurance company and lender needed to approve the purchase of my new home.
