Description of Work: They got the service date wrong. When I called an hour after they were scheduled to begin work, they were quick to respond and apologized for their "human error". They were scheduled to clear all AC vents in the house but missed one. They came out and cleaned it the next day and promised a free AC check-up 6 months later. Mistakes happen and I like they stepped up and made things "right".

Description of Work: When my house needed a whole new heat pump, I was not happy. After shopping around for prices, not only did my girlfriend and I find that this company had the best prices, but they also had the friendliest staff. Every single person we worked with at ALL FLORIDA APPLIANCE AND AC INC went above and beyond to make sure that my girlfriend and I got exactly what we wanted and what we needed at a fair and competitive price. For us price isn't everything, ATTITUDE IS (but they were still the best in both departments). The thing that made us the the most satisfied, and the reason we would recommend this company to anyone in need of AC or heating repair, is the level of respect which we were treated with. There were some companies that were blatantly disrespectful and short with my girlfriend, some companies who tried to force us into unnecessary add ons, and some who tried to use scare tactics such as "if there is a lower price than us.. well buyer beware.. so are you ready to start?" The people at ALL FLORIDA APPLIANCE AND AC INC were always prompt, courteous, patient with all of our questions, and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a service.

Description of Work: He was very polite. However, I felt that the service performed was less than I expected for the price I paid. I could have done the same work myself.(cleaning dust from under my refrigerator, ran my dishwasher with a cleaner, put ice in my garbage disposal.) I had several problems with my freezers that he did not repair. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: Our air conditioner was not working. It was late afternoon on the day before a holiday. He came promptly and was very nice. We were very happy.

Description of Work: The technician was supposed to be here 11-1. He never showed up. After calling I was given 1-3 and again the technician never showed up. After calling again I was told they would get back to me momentarily. It took them another 15 minutes to call back. . I wasted 4 + hours waiting on this group. Very poor professionals!!

Description of Work: I wasnt all that impressed with Sam. He didnt seem to have time for me or my problem (which still isnt fixed). I wanted my refrigerator door to close on its own. It still doesnt.

Description of Work: Sam came out and checked out our dishwasher, it needed a computer chip, and he suggested we could get a get a new one for the repair price ($395). It really made sense, and he didn't pressure us in any way. Great company!

Description of Work: They fixed our dryer and our garbage disposal. It was someone called Sam who had already been recommended. He was great.

Description of Work: Sam fixed a dryer, a garbage disposal and a microwave (which needed to be plugged in). He did good work at reasonable prices.
