If you value your pool I would not recommend this company although they were great at keeping the water clear they are also great at destroying your pool and denying any complaint or taking any responsibility for any damages caused by their technicians. I've lived in my house for 9 years using this company first as a renter and then I purchased the home 3 years ago. Had a tech come out to do some work on the pump, pump was taken apart and put back together. Shortly after the pump started making noise so I went to investigate and noticed the pump was mounted back on crooked causing a grinding noise. As a renter I called the management comp after talking to the pool company to report the problem. They send a technician out while I was at work who replaced the pump. Although I was pleased to see a new pump I was puzzled as to why the pump had to be replaced and charged the property owner for the new pump? Not taking any responsibility for the tech not properly installing it. On top of that the tech that installed the pump did not install the conduit t9 the pump housing so the wires were exposed. Rather than doing it correctly the tech attempted to tape it together with electrical tape which came apart. So naturally I called to report it and get it fixed. The response to get this resolved did not happen until after making a few complaints about how the wires were exposed and that water is getting in the housing when it rains. Had a salt generator on my pool that quit working due to its age I was told so it was replaced. Roughly a year later the new one quit working. Tech comes out and right in front of me removes a fuse and installs a fuse that was 10 amps larger than the one he removed. The generator immediately started smoking and completely fried it. Again not taking any responsibility for the damage caused bytheir tech the quoted the cost to replace it with another new one for over 1000 dollars or to just use chlorine and do away with the cell. Water turned green reported it to the company they came out did some chemicals on the pool then my pool and spa light chrome rings turned brown and rusty looking. Called to report and they took no responsibility for it. Also noticed brown dots in the pool as well. Had the skimmer basket replaced and they installed the wrong size basket. Reported it numerous times and months later finally get the right one installed. Pool heater wouldn't turn on so after investigating there was inadequate water flow I pulled the the filter out (this all on video by the way) and it was completely clogged. Rinsed the filter myself put it back in and the heater worked fine. After calling the company and basically being told I was a liar that his tech wrote that a full service was done. I don't care what he wrote I have it all on video as well as their lack of service since they wanted to say because their techs wrote it it must be true. Lmao. Nice to know your being charged for services that are not being done! This last time was the last straw for me. New pool tech comes out because they go through techs like crazy and will tell you it's hard to find good help these days. When it's ashame the good ones that I've encountered seem to not last too long, I talk to the techs because I am home on Tuesdays when they come and have heard the complaints of how they are treated. Unreal is all I can say. So a couple of weeks ago the tech came to dothe service and the next day I noticed these big like algae looking blooms, I didn't think anything of it and assumed the chemicals haven't started working yet. So the next week after he left I noticed they were still there so I called and left a message. Who the guy was they sent out was a complete ******* from the start. First thing out of his mouth was " you talking about these little brown spots? In an ignorant tone as if he couldn't see the big circles. I said no I'm talking about the big algae looking things on the walls and the bottom of the pool. He immediately continued to be an ******* saying I know the history of this pool and I've been doing this 17 years . So when I asked again about the big algae looking things he proceeded to say it's my pool surface! Already just passing blame in to something else, keep in mind I can't tell you the last time I have seen a tech brush the pool or clean out the filter. So with him being the so called 17 year professional I asked about why the rings on the lights turned brown he tried to say it was caused by my salt cell! The salt cell that hasn't worked in years? For someone who supposedly knows the pools history he sure didn't thinks his answers through before trying to look like he knows what he was talking about. I couldn't take anymore of the lies and denial from any of the people in this company, I told him to get the **** out of my yard, he continued to run his mouth and had to be told a few times to get off my property. Not a phone call from the company just an email saying they will no longer be doing are pool service. Do not recommend them to anyone at all. I have video and pics and also knowledge of the pool business as I was employed in the field at one point in my life before going out on my own. Also I am certified in electronics so to be told by the owner that installing a bigger fuse in the salt cell will not cause it to smoke, insulting my intelligence when obviously has no clue what the **** he is talking about!

Recently, my pool guy realized that my pool vacuum wasn't working. He called me while I was on vacation. He told me how much it would cost to replace it, and also how much it would cost just for him to repair it. I gave him authorization to repair it, and he did. I've never seen a pool vacuum work so well. I am very happy with his service.
