A family member in Tampa has been struggling with her own and her children's health issues, so yard care was not a priority. Since this is Florida, a few months without maintenance made the yard of the house look like Jurassic Park (no dinosaurs, but many very large insects). We needed to find someone who could clear the yard and make it suitable for use again (and haul away all of the removed greenery). Shannon and his team gave us an honest estimate and did all we might ask. It was a bit more expensive than we had hoped, but it was a reasonable price for the amount of work they did. We now continue to use A+ for ongoing lawn maintenance.

I am perfectly happy with their services. They are responsive, he came when he was supposed to. They quoted me a good price. They are doing what I am asking them to do in terms of the problem. They came out within three days of when I called. The lawn is neat and looks presentable.

Shannon arrived early and worked diligently until the job was finished. He did an excellent job and cleaned up afterward. His company is appropriately named. I give him an A+

He's the best and he is excellent. We pay him monthly. He is extremely professional but very nice and very personable. He always does a good job and he does little extra things like moving the recycle bins up next to the garage. He'll replace a sprinkler head if he breaks it or even if he doesn't and he doesn't even charge for that. He is one of the best workers that we've had an experience with.

Shannon is professional, punctual, courteous, and does what he says he will do, when he says he will do it, and for the price he said he would do it. This time, A+ cleared a property of junk that a tenant left behind and did a great job, even raking the yard to make sure he got all the little stuff. He Previously, I have used Shannon for lawn care on vacant houses and he did a great job with that as well. I will continue to use A+ for my Tampa lawn care and hauling needs.

A Plus Lawn care takes care of my lawn with tree trimming and mulching as needed, and for these services, the price has been reasonable.

He pressure washed the driveway, fixed the borders, took the border tiles out to clean them and then put them back. He moved the shrubs, planted some plants, mulched the beds and basically improved the landscaping. All these things are not technically part of what he does on a routine basis, but he did it because we asked him to do so. We chose him as he was a single person running his business and his business wasn't a big company. So, we wanted somebody with a small company. I can't say enough good things about him and he is just the nicest person I have met. He always does a good job. I feel that his prices are very reasonable considering all the work that he did in the last 2 days. The amount that we paid him for the work done during his last visit was quite reasonable. He is really good. We use his services every week and would continue to use his services in the future too.

He called and left a message on my home phone only with a quote of $90.00. I called him back to arrange for an appointment which we did schedule for Friday, July 11th. I came home from work on Thursday and he had come on that day instead of Friday. I called him back on Saturday to say that I was OK with the $90.00 estimate and if more that would also be OK. I explained I needed lawn service as soon as possible and to please call back, but he has not returned my call in three days. I would give him a chance if he calls back.

They returned my call promptly, met me at the time scheduled, went over their service and quote, and started the service that week. They have been coming out every week. Our property is 1.68 acres. I feel he does a good job for a fair price.

Good work, able to do job on short notice. Recommended.

Although I let my yard get really bad, Shannon always makes it look great (kinda like a lawn makeover) I have a long winding driveway and a sidewalk in front and in my back yard, which he has to blow tons of leaves off of, G-d bless him, this in itself is a major accomplishment! He is very prompt in returning phone calls and always fits me in in 2 or 3 days. I have never regretted hiring him. I think his prices are good and I did not have to sign a contract.

SMALL, OWNER OPERATED COMPANY. VERY THOROUGH, EXTREMELY REASONABLE COST, AND THEY ARE ALWAYS GOOD ABOUT CALLING BACK. THEY ALWAYS MANAGE TO SQUEEZE ME IN, EVEN THOUGH I USE HIS SERVICE ONLY SPORADICALLY.
