Description of Work: Nothing!! Quoted price and set up appointment for 10 - 10:30 AM on Friday. Said he would call 1 hour out. He did not come or did he call. Very unprofessional and would not call again. Stayed home all day waiting for service.

+ -1 moreHe is very professional and punctual. I have been frustrated with the poor communication from vendors in our area - they just don't call back! Scott calls back within minutes and is very pleasant. He arrives when he says he will and does his job in an efficient and professional manner! I would definitely recommend!

+ -1 moreHe's been doing it for quite a while. We've had him for 7 or 8 years. He's done a good job for us. He's bombed the attic when we had an infestation of ants. He's does whatever we've needed him to.

Description of Work: Scott comes to my home monthly. I adore him. He is funny and nice and gets the job done. He stands behind his work.... If you see a critter, call him and he will come on by (no charge if it is before the next scheduled appointment). I recommend him to everyone. If I had to cut back on anything, lawn, pool and cable would go before him. Thank you Scott!!!!

+ -1 moresince he put the screen up no signs of anything getting in.I needed him pronto, to deal with carpenter ants he was here in 5 mins. clean and good with follow ups.150.00
Description of Work: signs of rodents in the attic,and issues with carpenter ants. he screened in my exhaust fan to the outside of house,set traps in attic.sprayed and fumed where ants where.
