Description of Work: This man could have charged me at least $85 to come out and open my husband's safe.. had the numbers...couldn't get it open..he walked my son through it and did not charge us at all...My husband is in hospice at home... He didn't have to be so kind... thank you from the bottom on my heart...Nancy

+ -1 moreI used a locksmith, Wellington Locksmith. He gave me a magnet to put it on our refrigerator. Overall I would grade them excellent. He was very good, very good, no complaints at all. I feel comfortable with them. They are professional. He is a very professional gentleman. What stood out with this locksmith was that he was dressed professionally. He was very professional. What I would want everybody to know about is the excellent service, very professional and I felt very comfortable with him. I lost my husband in September. He was just very nice. To have a stranger in the house, I just felt very comfortable with him in the house. I didn't feel threatened. He was very nice and I would give him an 'A'. I had a problem with the lock. I just couldn't get it open after he installed it. It could have been a couple of days after. I called him up and he was very busy that day but he stopped at my house on his way home from work and I felt that that was very nice of him. A lot of people probably would say, look, I will be there tomorrow or the next day, that impressed me also. He showed me how and what I was doing wrong, he is very good. Hopefully, I don't need him but if I needed him I would definitely use him again.
Description of Work: The last time I used them could have been 6 months ago. He fixed my safe, the lock on my safe, he replaced it and it was a house call.
