 + -1 moreOwner Nick Abrams was recommended to me by a colleague. I had a toshiba with a broken port for the ac cord. . Nick picked up the computer at my home, evaluated the problem, and provided a quote. He accomplished the repair on time and on budget, and delivered it back to me. He also performed an exhaustive evealuation on an HP lapgop, attempting to find a cost-effective repair plan. He determined that too many things were broken, and returned the unit without charge, despite spending a lot of time working on it. Nick is engagung, knowledgeable,and a skilled communicator. He did everything he promised to do. I recommend him without reservation.
