The first time that the workers came, I was not pleased with the service. Two people stayed for 1 1/2 hours which was the length of time I purchased with the Groupon. I understood that they would not finish my entire home in that length of time, and I was fine with that, but the parts they did "finish" were not done well. I have two teenage sons, and they both had recently cut their own hair. The hair that had missed the trash can was still in the floor in both of their bathrooms. When the workers dusted a piece of furniture, they didn't move articles that were on the furniture, they dusted around it. It was the same with vacuuming. They didn't move things to vacuum under them, and it was evident when you looked at the rooms. Upon completion, the workers gave me a list of all items they had "completed" (which showed every entry marked as having been completed). Unfortunately, I was conducting an online training, and I wasn't able to check the quality of work prior to them leaving. The company also does not bring their own vacuum. I had to provide that, but they did bring all of their own cleaning supplies. I called the company following the initial cleaning to complain about the inferior quality of work that had been done in my home. I spoke with Kim, and she apologized, and offered to send a different group of workers on the following cleanings. I was disappointed that she didn't offer any type of compensation for the lackluster cleaning that I received the first time. However, in fairness to the company, it was a week later when I called to speak to someone about it because I travel with work, and I had to leave the day following the service. I am assuming she thought that was too late to bring this to her attention, and I agree that under normal circumstances, it would be. Today Kim and one of her co-workers came and cleaned my home. I had them stay double the time, and they cleaned my entire house. Their work was excellent. They even cleaned underneath my beds! I do not have any complaints with their work today. The reason I gave them a "C" was because I have used them two times. Once was unacceptable, once was excellent. My final analysis is that there are teams that will do a good job and teams that will not. I'm not sure how you will ensure you get a good one unless you just request Kim do the work personally. If you do use them, and the team does sub-par work, call them IMMEDIATELY. I don't know that you will be compensated, but you will have a better chance of arguing your side if there has been no time lapse.
