epair made in shingle roof. I am a Realtor and have been using these guys for years and repair is always made. If roof still leaks, they will come back until roof is water tight. They are punctual, but remember that repairs cannot be made when it is raining or the roof is wet and when we get long periods of rain, they are swamped with calls but have to wait for dryer weather to make the repair. This is tough work often involving attic inspections during the hot months and crawling on steep or often unstable roofs. Their trade area is mostly Wellington, Royal Palm, and Greenacres. I suggest using a licensed professional like Hartmannn and not a handyman for this type of work.

All my contact was thru Robert Hartman himself and suddenly his wife(think) responded by email and informed me to get another roofer. No call. Just a 'cold' email. That's not a way to do business.

gave quote on time, then did not show up for the joband gt; called an apologized, then did not show up again for 6 weeks without a return call, very unprofessional guy

I have used this contractor before and was very impressed with his work. When I called him, he came out promptly, and always he gives a written estimate. He came and started the job at the time promised and finished on time. He and others worked the job although he himself was not on the job at all times. He also gave a one year guarantee on his work. This roofing contractor is the only one I will use to do my work.
