Mold is a serious health issue problem, especially in South Florida. Suffering from asthma, I took this issue seriously after discovering that my home had mold. Rescue Clean 911 did an amazingly professional job. Their response was fast, and they took all of the necessary steps to eliminate the problem after first providing a real layman understanding of the details I needed for my wife and I to make an informed decision to move forward with their service. Problem solved, asthma gone and we could not be happier. They even installed a device that insured that the mold would not return.

I found Rescue 911 after I had an awful bed bug infestation. I called them and they came out to my apartment talked to me and made me feel so much better with the awful situation I was goning through. After extermination treatment they came in and sterilized and cleaned the room so clean that you could feel how good of a job they did. I would recommend them to everyone and anyone. I m not one to leave reviews but they are well worth it 100%

I worked directly with Nick. He patiently explained the process, the risks, and the likely timeline. Before selecting Rescue, I also talked with several other vendors but Rescue was the most responsive and was price competitive. After signing the contract, his team got started right away which was very important because my building was threatening to hire their own contractors and one thing about that is when someone else is paying cost no longer mattes. After the work was completed, neither my tenant or the building was happy with the quality of the work. Nick then had his guys go back and make it right. I really respect Rescue911 for that because they could have saved money and told me, â too badâ and I would have been stuck. But, their attitude was to make sure everyone was happy with the work and for that Iâ m extremely grateful. Thanks Nick. You came through for me.

Matt and Nick were very professional and prompt. I called them on a Friday afternoon and they came Monday to look at the problem and I was scheduled within a very quick time. We had a water leak from the air handler in the attic and had a large area of the ceiling collapse. Nick and his crew immediately came to my home pronto, cleaned up the insulation and water mess and patched the hole in the ceiling. Upon further inspection, mold was detected in the attic and in the air ducts. Nick handled all of the mold mitigation as well as assisting with the insurance claim. This company is very proactive. You will not be wondering what is going on and why is everything taking so long. I highly recommend Rescue Clean911 for any of those emergencies that life will hand you when you least expect it.
