 + 2 moreOn both jobs, the price was fair, the work was competent, they cleaned up after themselves, and were generally a nice crew to have working around the house. They showed up both for the bidding process and to start work when they said they would, and finished both jobs in record time, with no time down once they had started working. After some of my other experiences with Florida contractors, these guys have been a breath of fresh air!
Description of Work: I hired these folks twice: first to completely tear out and rebuild a wall of my house which had been infected with dryrot which they did for $7,800, and a second time to make repairs to my kitchen ceiling and paint the exterior which they did for $2200. .

Pottsworks Construction LLC offers the following services: I am a general contractor. I perform or supervise all aspects of the construction projects I take on. The only aspects of a job that I subcontract out are Electrical, Plumbing, Roofing and A/C(as these trade are not covered under my license).I am well qualified to perform all other aspects of the construction projects I undertake. I remodel, repair or renovate residential and comercial construction. I build additions or new buildings. I take care of everything from flooring to roofing.
As long as it is in the scope of my license I will undertake the responsibilities of the job. If it is not in the scope of my license I will subcontract and supervise that aspect of the project.A licensed and insured subcontractor will be used.
