PINCH A PENNY POOL PATIO & SPA

The price was no more or less than other bids, but they're close so I picked them. They took weeks to get around to doing it. Nearly a month. The work they did, when they finally got around to it, was satisfactory. I won't use them again. They are not timely, they miss appointments, and, in a separate visit to their retail store, the personnel were very rude.

I went in to pinch a penny to get a new vacuum and before I could even pick one off the shelf, I was informed that if I brought in my old one, they would inspect it for free. A few days later I was walking to the store from my car and one of the store employees saw me carrying my vacuum and ran out to the parking lot to help me. They immediately started taking it apart and within about 6 minutes, it was fixed and sure enough, it was FREE! In addition, I needed a pool light that other pool supply stores were going to order for me for over $60. Pinch a Penny had it in stock for about $25. They are the most helpful store I have been in in years! It's a pleasure to go there.
