Amazing work would use again

Originally installed Tvs in my home. I was so pleased with the work I added music and in ceiling speakers. I was afraid that it was going to be hard to use. To my delight, It is so simple to operate. The process was great from start to finish. I was told where I could save money. All items had pricing in the estimate. The labor came in under the slotted time. The representative Anthony was polite and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. The installers showed up on time, were friendly and polite, and left my house spotless after the installation. I could not be more pleased! Great company to work with! Highly recommend!

Called. Phone rang like 8times. Someone answers, "Anthony". Me: "Is this Petrone Technologies?" Anthony: "Yeah." I tell him politely what I'm looking for all the time wondering where did he learn or not learn his business phone etiquette. He tells me he'll call me back to schedule on Monday (I was calling on the previous Tuesday.) Surprise. He never called. Why is it so hard to find people who want to do jobs in South Florida AND if they're not interested in the job, why not tell you to spare you the aggravation and spare themselves a poor review on Angie's List. To add insult to injury, his company is located in Wellington down the street from where I live. My reward for trying to patronize local businesses. Anthony, you should treat your potential customers as you would like to be treated yourself. Try: "Good afternoon. This is Anthony Petrone of Petrone Technologies. How may I help you?" I could teach a 5 year-old to represent my company like that in 30 secs. PS: I've never written a bad review in my life.

Two men came out and installed our new sound system. 1. Showed up on time! 2. Did the job and were very professional. 3. Cleaned up after the job was done. 4. Showed us how to use the system. 5. The owner called to make sure all was correct. The best service provider I have used in a long long long time. Excellent work.

Two guys showed up on time and installed my Sonos Sound System. They were fast, and completed the job in just a few hours. I was very impressed. They even cleaned up afterward. I am so glad that I hired them as they did a super job. After the install, the owner of the company called me to make sure everything was correct and in place. No problems there. The price was more than fair. I had quotes from others from $600 and one company wanted $1300.00 to do the same work!! I paid $300!! I will use them again. Great work Petrone.

They came out yesterday. They assessed the problem and fixed it. They did not upsell me or anything. They cleaned up well too.
