They very helpful and patient during the inspection and going over the report. But certain issues were not reported. I noticed right away during our first drive in the the car that there was loud sound coming from the right side of the hood of the car. The rear tail lamp was not working... and there was exterior damage to the rear of the car... an stains on the interior rear seats. I called and left a message... I texted and finally was told that someone would contact me back the next day. It's now been four days and on one has even returned my last text let alone call.

I live in South Dade and called MyUsedCarBuddy for an inspection in Palm Beach. The car was sold during the time it took me to drive there. When I cancelled the inspection Chris was completely understanding and told me he'd be available whenever I was ready. When I found the next car, Chris sent Robert to do the inspection. He was thorough, informative and pleasant and showed me my "clean" carfax car had been in a rear end collision and was badly repaired. A while later I was in the panhandle and called Chris to see if MyUsedCarBuddy serviced that area. Although they don't, Chris went out of his way to find me a qualified inspector in case I found a car there. Back in Miami I found another car with a "clean" carfax that looked good. Chris did a thorough inspection, including a test drive, explaining everything as he went along. He found some minor issues that he wrote up and the dealer addressed them before I made my purchase. I can't thank Chris enough for his great service. His knowledgeable inspections and support are more than worth the price. I bought my car with complete confidence and after this experience my family and I will never buy a used car again without calling MyUsedCarBuddy. Thanks Chris!

The Good: Performed inspection quickly, was very responsive at first. The Bad: took very low resolution pictures, missed damage that was extremely obvious, even my 8 year old daughter noticed the damage at first view of vehicle. Examples: Dents in vehicle, major scratches that requires body work, major rips in leather, damage to other interior parts that he never identified. I purchased the vehicle based on his report, when I received the vehicle I was very disappointed by what he missed. I have provided pictures to him on what was missed, no response. He responded very quickly when he wanted to do the job.
