Salesman was very knoledgeable and friendly. However he was not pushy. Installer showed up on time and was neat with his work, also very friendly. Very happy with install and satisfied with the monitoring of system.

Excellent and professional. Very experienced and knowledgeable! The estimator arrived exactly on time and the installers arrived exactly on time as well. They were quick, efficient, clean and explained the system well. Only one drawback, the "free" remote supplied, did not work. I am sure that will be corrected. We thought very highly of this company and indeed would recommend to all our friends and business associates.
