There work was good and fast.I am going to have them come back and do some more work.

I am from NY, with a vacation home in FL, Spoke with Landy about a system, he was really in tune with what I was looking for in a surveillance system. When I made the decision to hire them, our Community needed insurance and business licenses as well as a diagram for the the project, Landy and his staff were very helpful with meeting our community requirements. The day of the install, Chris came with another installer on time to do the job, both were very professional and seemed extremely trustworthy which set us at ease. The job was a little difficult because of our house, they stayed late to get the job done (8pm). There was one camera that was the wrong color, so Chris told me he would replace the camera the next day. As promised, he called and came to install the final camera. Then he took his time showing me all of the wonderful things that you can do via your computer and phone with the system. FIVE STARS!!!!!! A Wonderful Experience!

This company sent three security tech to do the Job. They cleaned up and ran the wiring to were I want it. They were well trained and one of the tech was a manager. They installed 8 POE cameras and set up the system. I picked this Company because of their reputation. They were not the lowest nor the highest in cost, but they were most professional. If I had to do it again I would hire Monitech Security Services, Inc. and recommend this company to any one..

I had been looking to install wired cameras for a long time but my house is difficult since we have open beam. I spoke to Landy who is the owner and he made some great recommendations. Two days later Jeff came to my house and wrote up the service request and days later I was blessed to have Chris and Ray come for the installation. I could not be more satisfied with the service. Chris was so computer savvy he explained all the ways I can now monitor my cameras, check on the recordings, ect. SUPER HAPPY! Would use again.

Based on other reviews, I felt comfortable working with this company. They lived up to their reputation and did an outstanding job.

Landy is very knowledgeable and spent a while with me at my home talking me through all of my options. His installers are fantastic and made the installation work in my very difficult home/attic situation. They took their time and did everything right, and cleaned up after themselves, including some nice caulk-work to make everything look as good as possible. After installation, they spent several hours going over every option in my new DVR/camera set.
