Their price was fair but I would never recommend them and other people need to be warned to not use them.

At the time of the installation, all was well with the contractor. The price was competitive, they were punctual, they kept to estimated time of completion, they were courteous and tidy. I felt that we would use them again for any future construction needs. Over time and after a summer of heavy, heavy rains and under one of the windows the drywall was completely soggy. We pulled the wet drywall off and found the cement block soaked with water and was moldy. We called in a mold remediaton company to assess the damage and they found that multiple walls under the windows had high moisture. The remediation company then did the troubleshooting to find out how the water was coming in. They found that not a single window had been sealed with waterproofing caulk on the outside! Upon learning this, we called Miracola to remedy the problem. Since they installed the windows, and with installation we had every reason to believe that the job they did was completed. Miracola stated that they NEVER seal the outside of the windows when they do installations. They "leave this for the painter, and that this is stated in his contract." The fact is, the contract says Miracola's estimate "does not include paint touch up". Needless to say, we were so flabbergasted by this comment. We asked how were we to know that "does not include paint touch up" translates to "does not waterproof windows outside?" No where on the contract is it expressly stated that the home owner is responsible for making sure the outside of the windows are waterproofed with sealant. Miracola refused to accept responsibility for the damage that occurred due to NOT waterproofing the outside of the windows. And because of the mold we had to remedy the problem quickly , so we hired the remediation company to fix the damages. The cost of remediation was greater than the initial window installation. DO NOT use this Miracola for any jobs. They obviously take short cuts to reel you in with lower estimates
