 + -1 moreI was referred to Mr Williams by another company, whom I called on the advice of a friend, but the company doesn't do house calls. Mr Williams returned my call within a day, and scheduled an appointment within a couple of days. He was a little late but called me far in advance to let me know his situation, he was very good about communicating. Once here, it took him less than 10 minutes to diagnose the problem. His hourly charge matched his estimate, which was very reasonable. He was also very good about giving me a fair summary of my problem, and didn't try to sell me a new pump although my current pump is ancient. He said it was in good shape & I can run it until it collapses, then think about a new one.
Description of Work: Mr Williams examined my sprinkler pump to determine why it wasn't working. It had stopped running, no noise, as if there were no electrical signal, but the fuses were working and the sprinkler timer was still working. Mr Williams found the pump itself was working but there was a problem with the wiring between the pump & timer box. Although because he isn't an electrician he couldn't repair it, he did assure me I didn't need a new pump, only some minor electrical work.
