Keller Williams Realty-Pam McCarthy

We signed an agreement with an agent at Keller Williams. The realtor was helpful and responsive. The realtor seemed to listen to our needs and provide good advice. After many months of home searching, the realtor seemed to transition from "your wishes are my top priority" to "come on already, buy a freaking house" Shortly after, the realtor announced that his spouse would serve as the day-to-day point of contact. This was not what we signed up for and unfortunately, the spouse was not as prepared and seemed to only be concerned with making a sale. We finally closed on a deal, but not without a lot of disappointment and frustration. My guess is that this is how things go with most realtor spouse teams. I do not recommend it. If your realtor says that s/he works with his spouse, make sure that you get it in writing that your chosen realtor will be your only agent and being dumped to the spouse will be a breach of contract.

She makes me feel like I'm her only client and she is great to work with.

Pam has treated me like I am her only client. She answers me immediately most of the time. She is very thorough in her research. The bids falling through have not been her fault; she’s been excellent. I would give her an A in everything.
