 + -1 more.. If you don't live in John's service area (which is very very small-see the map)..don't call. Just horrible customer service. "John's Screens" replaced all of my patio enclosure screens about 2 years ago. ($1000-$1300 and was satisfied with the job). Recently my dog ripped a section, so I called John's for a repair call. Called on 10/20/14--someone would call back. Waited a full week..no call. Called again on 10/27-was told it would be done by 11/1--waited till Fri 10/31 for someone to call to set up an appointment time---no call--- I called John's and was told "your outside our service area by 1 block" so we don't know when we will get there. Wait a minute-I'm a repeat customer--you came b/4, did the job and got paid..and didnot say any thing about being "outside the area". When I called on 10/20 and 10/27--they know where I lived and never said " I was outside their area. Just poor business practices. If you did not want my business..just say so on the 1st call.

 + -1 moreJohn came out, gave us and estimate and had one of his contractors come out and fix the problem. The work was done very satisfactorily, and John followed up to make sure we were satisfied. We've used him several times throughout the years, he's very good.
Description of Work: We had panels blow out on the top of our screen enclosure during a recent storm.

 + -1 moreDidn't use the company because trying to get a quote was a terrible experience. They were rude, unprofessional, and not at all accommodating.
Description of Work: Absolutely the worst customer service I've encountered in a long time. They made AT&T look good. I tried more than once to get a quote and get excuses and arguments about it both times.

 + -1 moreOur dog ran through the screen door causing a major rip in the bottom half so I called this company first to schedule a repair. I spoke with Brad and he quoted me a fair price of $75 and same day repair work. He arrived at 3:30 on the dot and replaced the entire one screen. He also took a look at our track wheels for the door and made adjustments for them to glide a little easier without an extra charge. I will definitely contact him again if we need any screen work done.
Description of Work: Screen sliding door ripped and screen replaced.

 + -1 moreJust as expected, John strives for perfection on the job and if you're not satisfied he does what's needed to make you a satisfied customer.
Description of Work: John does pool & patio screening & rescreening. We've used him for years. His work is excellent and he guarantees it for a year, not counting hurricanes. We've never had one of his screens come loose. His work is outstanding and his price is more than fair.
