I'm Maid For You

Burgundy I I purchased the deal from Angie's list for this provider and even though I received a response via e-mail that the provider would contact me to set up a date to clean, they never did. I had to call and arrange a date and then they did not show up after I waited around for them to show up. Ended up calling again for another date and was told that somehow the first date was not saved in their system They were on time with the second date and started vacuuming the main hallway first before cleaning any rooms that were directly off the hallway. So I ended up picking up dirt that was left in the hallway when one of cleaners pushed out dirt with a mop from the bedroom. Also you don't get three hours of cleaning for $69 as the ad states. Instead it was three people who cleaned for one hour. I was disturbed when they immediately asked for garbage bags and paper towels to clean with. I expected they would come with their own cleaning supplies. This condo was used as a seasonal rental and tenant had just moved out so there was need for a garbage bag, no dirty dishes or any personal belongings to work around. Just general dusting, vacuuming and bathroom cleaning, which they did clean okay but used a whole roll of paper towels for glass tables and mirrors. I asked if they had a wand to use on the fan blades? They did not but did use a vacuum attachment to vacuum off dust. Unfortunately they accidently broke off one of the fan blades when holding on to it while using the vacuum. It was old and eventually would need to be replaced, but this could have been prevented if they had a wand that would dust fan blades without holding on to it. I would like to mention that they were very friendly and did try to accommodate any request I made of them. I guess it just wasn't what I expected, maybe I'm just too particular since I used to own a house cleaning business.
