 + 0 moreTwo weeks after the dishwasher was installed it caught fire. I called Home Depot and asked what I needed to do. They sent someone out right away. They said that I caused the fire. They microwave kept going off. A guy had to come out 4 times. I had an issue with the stove. I went back to the store and talked to the sales representative and he told me that a part was bad and told me what needed to be done. They sent out the guy again and replaced the part and it is working. The washing machine that I purchased kept having small black pieces all over my clothes. The person they sent out said that it was coming from my water heater. I called a plumber and he said that it was not from my water heater and he even cleaned it. I called Home Depot who got in contact with the warranty company. Another person came to my house and he said nothing was wrong. He also accused me of lying in my home. The warranty is up and they had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to renew the warranty.
Description of Work: I purchased my kitchen appliances from here. I purchased a stove, microwave, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. I did the extended warranty when I purchased the appliances.

Description of Work: I tried to order a door from the window and door department. The salesman was busy with a customer so he asked me to wait until he was finished which I did. Once he was finished with the first customer he started to assist me until someone else walked into the area when he he stopped with my order and inquired how he could help this new customer. The sales clerk got up and left me at the counter. I told him that I did not appreciate being left after I waited over 45 minutes for him to help someone earlier. I complained to the manager who was very young and the manager said that it was company policy to stop with one customer in order to help others who came later. I now avoid purchasing from this particular store and place my orders at the okeechobee blvd store
