Juan did excellent work on both bathrooms and made sure that every detail was to our liking. He is especially talented at tile work, and figured out how to set a herringbone pattern with floor tiles that are larger than usual for this design. Painting, installing vanities, hanging mirrors and towel bars--everything was done carefully. Since these were total renovations, his team also did the demolition. They arrived punctually every morning, carefully isolated the work area and cleaned everything up at the end of the day. We give Generation Contractor our highest recommendation.

Juan and Luis did a fantastic job! As soon as they started the job, they showed their professionalism by not tracking their dirt through my house. They layed down lining and plastic to cover all walking areas. Perhaps others should learn from them. Anyway, after being let down by a previous contractor, Juan came through and did the job like a professional should have done. My shower looks like it should be in a hotel. It looks just that great!

Great job and professional workmanship

I called Mr. Rocha a few days ago and he and I arranged to have him come over to evaluate my unit today. At the time of my call, I asked him specifically to call me should there be any delay in his arrival. He never showed up as scheduled, nor had the courtesy of calling and explaining why. When I called him to find out what had happened, he claimed that he had had some difficulties the prior day and therefore could not show up as scheduled today. If you are looking for a contractor who has little respect for you or your time, this is the man to hire.

I come from an aviation maintenance background, so I would like to think I know a little about quality of work. Juan and his team definitely qualify as true masters in their trade. Juan came over and quoted all the work I needed done extremely quickly, he provided a breakdown of each task with prices and completion dates. All I can say is wow. the work turned out great and he even provided a few examples of the work he has done in the past for different ideas. Some issues popped up once we started working due to the previous owners DIY projects and Juan was still able to finish the job within the timeframe. I would definitely use him again!!!

Very well. He was excellent at communication, estimating cost and solving problems. At the end, after we thought he was done, I noticed a problem area that wasn't finished. When I called and sent him a picture, he came out right away and fixed it without any problems.

Great! Juan and his team were very professional, performed work in agreed upon timeframe and at a reasonable price. We have extremely high ceilings which made work more challenging, however they performed work flawlessly and stuck to original price quoted. I will definitely hire again!

Juan and his guys did an excellent job. Very professional and understanding. He kept me informed every step of the way. He even came back to my house quite a few times after the job was finished and I had paid him to fix a few things that I had discovered and didn't like the way they looked (I'm very picky). I would definitely use them again for any home improvement projects in the future.

Great! I couldn't be happier with the finished deck and sheds. Juan was professional, punctual and communicative. I got two other estimates, and his fell in the middle. I thought the price was very fair. I'll be recommending him to friends!

Work was done competently. A bit messier than needed to be, and texture not well done after replacement… but totally worth what I paid.

Excellent, Juan is a professional in every way. Very nice to work with. He priced the job fairly and his crew did an excellent job. They tore out the old ceiling and replaced it with new, replaced the florescent lights, tore out the old shelves and repaired the walls where they had been. We now have a brand new garage!

Polite and professional BUT Iwould never purchase pre paid service. I paid Angie's list 310.00 for 8 hours of work. It was never made clear when the time starts. Juan was at my home for 5 1/2 hours. I had 2 workers for some of that time. At the end of that specific job I could have used more drywall work done. Let me just say this. Never prepay for service hours let the contractor give a quote which puts them on a schedule. Meaning if they get it done in 2 hours good for them. On the other hand If it takes 10 hours to complete, shame on them and that is on them.

They are extremely trust worthy (they've had keys to all my projects), reliable, timely, and clean. Their prices are very competitive, and the quality of work is incomparable. Very detail oriented. Juan and his team are so enjoyable to work with, and extremely nice and respectful. Great communication. Very thankful for Juan, and I will continue to use him and refer him to my clients.

This was the best experience I have ever had with a contractor. Juan was very courteous and professional. He and his partner scheduled with me on a Saturday and came back on Monday to complete the job because the drywall had to dfy. I am so impressed with the job that I highly recommend his company to anyone.

I cannot say enough good things about Juan Rocha. He is reliable: he returns phone calls, emails and texts promptly, and he always shows up! He is very capable. Everything he did for us, he did extremely well. The quality of his work is super. But beyond that, he is polite, patient and insightful. He always offered helpful suggestions when I asked. By the end of the project, I could say -- Juan, do what you know will work best -- confident of the outcome. And I am pretty particular! He is great, and we will definitely call him again if we need work done.

I will bring him back for more work. Besides replacing our bathroom ceiling he bought insulation and put that up in the ceiling and took pictures to document his work. He is a knowledgeable man did the right thing for me !

I purchased 'The Deal' on October 8. Due to the fact that I wanted some work done immediately, Juan said he could come out right away and probably do the work the next day, on Friday. When he came out, he said he first had to forward a quote to me and that he could not do the work on Friday, but would be available sometime the following week. Unfortunately, I was disappointed he could not start immediately. I started the drywall work myself over the weekend and expected to be finished Monday or Tuesday. When I did received the quote, it wasn't a bad price for all the work, it was just a scheduling issue. I still wanted to use Juan for the remaining work, however, his quote had no line item pricing, it just had a total price for all work. Also, the quote did not have a start date or show how many days the job would take and his email also did not state when he could actually do the work. I asked Juan for a start date and a price itemization bc I had already made repairs and now needed a price on work remaining. (The remaining work was probably about $400-$500) Unfortunately, after sending the email request, I didn't get the price breakdown as requested, Juan's reply was that it would be another week before he could start. I had no problem with schedule the remaining work for the following week, however, Juan didn't give me the price breakdown in his response. I needed to know how much it would cost and asked him again. He replied the following day, on Friday stating he had good news and that he could start on Monday. I replied to his email stating Monday was good but that I had already repaired a portion of the work, so that he would be working on the 2nd area of remaining work but that I needed a price. Although his last email stated he was available on Monday, I never heard from him over the weekend or on Monday. After 3 days of no response, I sent another email, explained the situation again and asked him again for a price and start date. The following day, I received an email that he had emergencies and would be out of town for 5 weeks. I am very disappointed to have wasted my time with Juan. He appeared to be a nice guy but getting a hold of him and info from him was a daunting task. Although I had already purchased his deal, it was difficult for him to schedule time to actually do the work. Also, not sure why after more than a week of emails, I couldn't get a simple price. It takes no more than five minutes of time to breakdown the pricing. It appears he's just a 'one guy' operation and perhaps is too busy to handle his load, but in the meantime, wastes the time of people who need work performed. I don't know why it was so difficult to break down a quote or schedule work but I do hope he finds someone to help him with the 'office' side of things so that he can secure potential customers instead of turning them off.
