He missed the first appointment for the estimate but he did call to reschedule. After that he arrived when he said he would. The job was done on time and he cleaned up after himself. It has been over year now and the deck still looks great.

He was unresponsive and did not call back to get my work done.

Wayne came to our place and provided an estimate for a conrete repair on our walkway. He was hesitant about doing the repair since he is only allowed to repair foundations and not pour new concrete. He said he had a friend who could help him with that. He said he would call us back to schedule a time to perform trhe work. After not hearing from him we called him another time and he assured us he would do the work the following week and we could count on hearing from him. Needless to say we never heard back from Wayne. Not sure why there were all the glowing reviews...after all he is just a one man concrete repairman who is very limited in what he can do. I guess he realized he was over his head and simply couldn't admit it.

If only Wayne worked on cars!! His estimate was fair, he was on time each day, there were no hidden costs, he finished when he said that he would, and did an amazing job. Not only was he professional, but so was Skip who helped him with the job. Thank you both very much.

Excellent. The price was very fair given the amount of work he had to do, the quality was excellent, he came on time, and was very professional. I gave him a B for responsiveness only because I had to call him a couple of times to catch him to schedule appointments. Given that he works by himself & handles all his administration, this was neither an imposition for me nor more a delay than I experience normally working with individual contractors. I would NOT consider it a deal-breaker in choosing him for more work. Small delays like this are part of the territory working with small contractors/artisans with special skills who do their own work & don't hire less-skilled employees. The small delay is more than worth the increased quality of work.

I needed the floor of the corner of my screened in patio to be filled in with concrete and have the pattern match the rest of the floor, from where a hot tub was removed. Wayne was referred to me by a friend and came in with a lower quote than other companies. He was able to start a few days after speaking to him, and completed the job in about 3 days. He pressure washed the entire patio, was able to fill in the patch, match the pattern exactly and put a new coat of paint over the entire floor. I never actually met him until after the job was completed, but he was very professional and pleasant to deal with. I would use him again for future projects and would recommend him to others.
