+ -1 moreFirst, I want to mention that I set the appointment for the inspection with them for a Tuesday morning, but I had some issues at work and had to change it. They were able to help me and work with me and they give me an appointment for the same day in the afternoon!!!. When I got there Juan was already waiting for me, he took the time to discuss about some of the house features. Then he did a throughout inspection of the house inside and out. He paid a lot of attention to details, which is very important to me.After they finish I received an email with a link to access my home report online!!! That was very impressive and fast, and the report was very detailed.
Description of Work: I had the pleasure to deal with this company a few weeks ago, they were very professional, honest, and they cared about my interest (to buy a safe home). They did a Home Inspection and a Wind Mitigation Inspection on a home built in 2006 that I was looking to purchase. The inspectors, Juan and George were very kind and took the time to inspect every aspect of the house. I was very happy, and they were very thoroug. I’m glad I did business with them and I will definitely call them again for my next home inspection.
