We were introduced to Florida Atlantic Construction (FAC) through the company we contracted to build cabinets for a kitchen remodel. While the cabinet contractor turned out to be a little flaky, FAC was an absolute gem of a find. Not only did he perform every part of his work on time and on budget, he was able to make the process as minimally intrusive to our family life as possible. Having two young kids and no kitchen for multiple months can be quite trying, but the "above and beyond" mindset of Mike Small (FAC owner) and his team was truly a pleasure. I found Mike to be highly communicative about all stages of the project, as well as little details like sub-contractor schedules and the like. Any time that I had a question, I always heard back right and any issues I had were dealt with directly and quickly. I should add that Mike went so far as to go to City Hall and petition on our behalf for some permit changes. These were changes that could have led to less money for him, yet he went anyway because it was the best thing to do for the project. I would wholeheartedly recommend Florida Atlantic Construction to anybody needing contractor services. This company deserves to be around for a long time -- support them, you'll be happy you did.
