I can't say enough GOOD things about this company. I foolishly hired a landscaper to build a patio in my backyard, and the result was a complete disaster. It wasn't even LEVEL. I was literally sobbing and beyond disgusted. I decided I couldn't live with it, and called Exotic Pavers the next day. Marsha arrived and was SO nice and gave me an estimate after measuring everything out. They were able to use the pavers I HAD plus another pallet and a half. She really felt my pain, I was so upset. Scheduled the work within about a week, and the result is absolutely FABULOUS. The team of guys were SO professional and nice and did OUTSTANDING WORK. The patio and walkway are a work of ART. They placed different sizes of pavers into such a beautiful symmetric design and had to cut many to make it work. I am OFF THE GROUND THRILLED. I went from despair to joy with this project, and she gave me SUCH A FAIR PRICE. It was completed in a little over two days and they picked up every scrap of debris. I really enjoyed having them in my yard, they were SO pleasant and really seem to enjoy their work and take real pride in what they do. If I only had called them first, but all's well that ends well. I will be so happy in my backyard for years to come. Don't even think about another company, they're family owned and SUPERLATIVE. I LOVE MY PATIO AND WALKWAY!!!!!! I cannot thank them enough, they really saved me. Just fantastic. Lastly, they worked all day in the rain during our first cold snap. AAA+++

I was very pleased with the contact folks and also the actual installers. The timing was moved up a few days, which was convenient for me. Patio (pavers) looks great and should last a long time.

Mark and Marsha were beyond wonderful. They were honest and always did an outstanding job. After getting ripped off by a competitor...they did what ever possible to make me believe in a true run family business!!!!!!

The quoting and design was very professional. Marsha showed up on time and knew what she was talking about. I got 4 quotes from other companies, but Exotic Pavers seemed the most professional and understood what I wanted. Once I agreed to go forward with the project, Marc took over leading the project. The permitting process was very through and proper. Marc is a by the book guy and is very good at making sure things are right. The installation of the Pavers went very well. I was very pleased with the quality of the brickwork and effort put in by Marc and his team. The final product is beautiful.

Marc arrived with 2 workers on time on July 3. We were going away for the night. When we returned on July 4, the driveway was repaired and looked great. They were going to come back on Monday, July 7 to pressure wash and seal but it rained for pretty much the next 2 weeks. So, job was completed on July 18th after the rain stopped. Overall, very satisfied with completed job. This morning, July 28, called Marc because I noticed new tire mark stains on driveway, he said he would come over and check it for me. I have given Exotic Pavers info to our HOA president for referrals.

I had decided to have pavers professionally installed after I did a small section (4 x 3) myself. I found 3 companies and had each some out to give me an estimate. When I called Exotic Pavers, Marsha let me know that typically they don’t do areas as small as I needed done (about 100 sq feet) but that I was more than welcome to call her after I got the estimates from other companies to ask her any questions I may have about installing pavers in general. I thought that was really nice, even though she couldn’t help me, she offered to give me advice for free! Once I got the estimates I gave her a call because I enjoyed talking to her and because she offered me free advice. After asking all of my questions and getting some free advice, she began to tell me about the type of pavers, which were good, which were not so good etc. She also suggested I go with the cheaper bid that I had gotten (not her company). Then she found out what brand of pavers the other company was going to use. She cautioned me about that particular brand and told me they didn’t hold up to the elements nor were they the best quality. She then stated that she really wanted to do this for me to make sure I got a good quality product but as stated before, her company didn't really do areas so small. I asked her if she would like to at least take a look at the area I wanted done. She agreed and came out to give me an estimate. She decided that even though the area was typically smaller than what they do, that she would be happy to install the pavers for me. She quoted me a price $50 higher than the other company and still I chose to go with her! It was more expensive but she took the time to drive up north (kind of out of their area), give me an estimate and took the time to explain the process and even before all of that she offered me free advice! They just finished installing the pavers today and I am SO HAPPY with the result. I really can’t say enough great things about Exotic Pavers. The crew was professional and did the job in about 4 hours, cleaned up after themselves and Mark and Marsha were on site to make sure it was done to my satisfaction. I would recommend Exotic Pavers, definitely!

Mark McKinnon and Marsha McKinnon gave estimate the day after I contacted them. They were here on the job from start to finish-very pleased. Very professional- would recommend.

I would first like to say that Exotic Pavers is the true professional contractor from the Owners to the Installers. The sales rep was at my place on time the next day, and worked with my busy schedule. The removal via bobcat of my old Driveway was fast and they cleaned up well. The installers speak great English, and were great at answering my many questions. All in all they started when they said, and finished the same. The clean up at the end was fabulous since I am very picky. I would recommend Exotic Pavers to all my friends who are looking for a quality job at a Fair price. Jan
